I wiped cache as you suggested but to no avail. I'm also running .211. Here's the error message it gave me
"Verifying current system...
assert failed: apply_patch_check("/system/bin/logwrapp
er", "f39fcbd278b9e92e9fbedc6a62a047dc23459416", "4a63

e:error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
Instalation aborted."
you either have safestrap installed or bootmenu manager installed that has hijacked the logwrapper. If you fastboot back to 211, that will take care of the problem.
Then root with his utility, update su binaries, protect root with OTA rootkeeper, then reboot into recovery, wipe cache, and apply the update again.

lets pretend we lost root......no reason, let just say we did. now what?
Wait for Someone to find a fix, as in seeing if you can go back to ICS and try again, or wait for a root method for JB..

Have not tested yet, but webtop is still showing under settings.Did I read correctly that webtop is not available on jelly bean?! If its not available, can it be downloaded or flashed on jelly bean. I've recently started using webtop for Netflix at the house saving me from having to have internet service hooked up (I'm cheap and saving money any way I can.)

You can try rooting with Matt's utility but if that doesn't work, you're SOL until another exploit comes out, unless this is fastbootable back to .211.

I thought I saw it in the screenshot but then read through the posts that it may not be available. Hopefully it will be confirmed soon

Uninstall safestrap?
I uninstalled safestrap but it's still not working. Currently downloading Matt's utility 1.82 and will start from scratch. Thanks for the help. I'll update once I've tried that and see if that works.

Odd. Look closely at the kernel version. This particular 4.1.2 build seems to be running an ICS kernel (v3.0.8)
Wonder if the actual release is going to be running something a bit newer?
