([ theme for stock odexed JB 9.1.41 ROM ])

What we have here is a theme for stock, Jellybean 4.1.1 (9.1.41) ROM. You Must be running the (stock) version of 9.1.41 and not the deodexed version. It should also work on the 9.1.39 system as they are pretty much identical, but it is still recommended to be running the OTA version to avoid any problems since this theme is based off the JB OTA update. This Theme is very dark! All of the main apps, all of the included google apps, and the system have been blacked out! so if your not a fan of darkness, then this Theme is not for you!! A lot of time has went into blacking everything out, and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is the same UI that will be found in my upcoming HD ROM, so if you have any suggestions please do feel free to leave your feedback, as its always greatly appreciated! • Based on the (stock JB 9.1.41 odexed) system.
• Blacked out framework-res - BW darkness.
• Blacked out the main apps (Phone/contacts, Messaging, Gmail, Gtalk, YouTube, Phonesky, and LatinIME).
• Themed SystemUI (Wifi icons, Signal icons, BatteryMod, and Notification panel icons).
• Themed Settings - the darkest ive done to date!!
• Themed Motcamera.apk for lockscreen
• Added in BWicons (updated a few icons for newer apps)

Requirements ::

• You Must be on the 'OTA' stock odex JB 9.1.41 system. ..
• You Must use Safestrap 3.05.1x recovery. ..

• Download and move zip to sdcard. ..
• Reboot into Recovery. ..
• Backup your stock system. ..
• Select a ROM slot and restore your stock backup to the ROM slot. ..
• Choose to install a file. ..
• Install the theme zip. ..
• Reboot system to complete install. ..

• Download Power Toggles from Google Play for the quick toggles found in the notification panel, as seen in the screenshotabove.
• Download and set Apex Launcher as your default home launcher, then open Apex theme settings and Enable BWicons. ..
• Avoid updating apps through Play that have been themed to avoid losing the themework, as it will be broken once they are updated. .. (you can choose to uninstall-updates through App Info to return to the previous themed version). If an application is not blacked out that is listed in the OP, use a file manager and navigate to your system/app and data/app directories and make sure to delete the apk that is not blacking out, and then flash the theme zip.
• Download the BW HD wallpaper and Enjoy the darkness!

ive got an updating incoming!

whats been done:

inside phone.apk

• changed bg color to end call (was red.. now maroon).
• updated uknown_picture.png (made it lighter so the image could be seen a lil more).

inside SystemUI.apk

• removed Aosp battery icon and replaced with Moto blur battery icon (white outline... easier to see during the day)
• updated Wifi icons to match Signal icons (made the bg transparent so only the active signals are visible)

inside BWicons.apk

• Google Play icon has been updated to my newly themed icon

hmm that's weird.. can try downloading it via PC and then move it onto your sdcard after its done.. . BTW which browser are you using while trying to download? might try enabling desktop version of your browser and see if it works that way..

I'm using chrome it only gets about 37mb file size is over 50mb if I remember correctly

ya I would just use the default browser to download the file. .. might have better luck with it anyways~ lemme know.

Excellent I downloaded dolphin browser downloaded like a charm. I didn't realize chrome could be the cause of that. I'm looking forward to your Black Widow Rom. Will create a ROM slot and give this a go. Always been a fan of the Dark Roms and Apps Thanks

so I know there hasn't been many downloads yet, but any feedback is greatly appreciated! I'm just looking for some to debate on keep tweaking things or if its all good and ready to be injected into my HD ROM. so please feel free to leave some, Mahalo~

So far everything is running smooth no hiccups yet. One thing I've noticed is the text app looks sideways. I wish there was a way to inverse the calendar app to black it out when its opened like you did the people app I'm definitely leaving a ROM slot open for your upcoming ROM.

nice nice.. not sure by what u mean by the text app is sideways? its the stock messaging app just blacked out... and I've blacked out the calendar in the past and couldn't get it to where I liked it, as I use the calendar daily and a lot.. so I've preferred to leave it stock looking. you can always look for an inverted calendar.apk and move it into system/app dir with a file manager.. thanks again for the feedback~
