Need the new recovery too. You can find it on my BlissPop page . Then wipe data, cache, dalvik, system. Then flash ROM and gapps. So only you have to do with the updated rom on the razr hd is factory reset then flash the update and gapps?

So I tried to install the latest cm12 also blisspop without any luck on my razr maxx hd. I followed each step to the "t". Do I need to format my data? Because that's the only thing I didn't do.
I'm in the same boat, coming off of stock/rooted 4.4.2 on my XT926... Recovery is at 2.8.4.1 and tried the 1/19 versions of CM12 and Blisspop... and they just sit at the boot screens. All my partitions are ext4... I've formatted data as well. What am I missing?

Same here on the new CM 12 / 119. I've updated to TWRP x.x.x.1, downloaded ROM 3 times. Wiped everything but internal sdcard.
I get to the setup screen and then all I get is SYSTEM UI has shut down. I clear it, it comes back seconds later.
I've rebooted to recovery, wiped dalvik/cache and tried again - same thing.

at least you can get to the setup screen i cant even get past the logo screen. It just hangs there. so i end up going back in recovery and doing a restore.

Setup kept crashing for me too...
But I just kept moving through the setup menus a little more between each crash and when setup is finished no more crashes. The system seems to be running fine but I have not had a chance to test everything yet.
YMMV.......

HA - that DID work! I even got notice to update to 1/20 version, which I did. And that booted just fine.

I upgraded to the 1/20 nightly and the setup does not crash but the network time and date are wrong. I did a full wipe and flash but the network time is still wrong. Just manually setting it for now.
Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks,
Greg

Time is working now. I think my Verizon Network Extender was confused. Rebooted it and all is good ;-)

Just had first experience with BT on CM 12, official, 1/20. It connected fine, but when I went to make a call, it locked up tight. Had to reboot. Same happened again.

I am building xt925 and xt926 seperate, so no don't use it.
I installed it last night. It is similar to cwm. But I still recommend TWRP.
Hi guys
The CM12-msm890 works fine but when I try to flash the last CM12-xt925 (using TWRP xt926 recovery) an error message appears:
Where can i found recovery xt925 (kk bootloader) ?
Maybe it can solve my problem ?
Edit :
TWRP xt925 by dhacker29 :
work fine !

Greetings from Colombia , which ROM L Android recommend for my Motorola Photon Q with bootloader unlocked ? that version of the current work best ? thanks you!
PD: I installed CM12 and version 1.6 and 1.7 of Blisspop , but even I get started, doing so is the touch unanswered, as if bad the touch , not to do, it happens to me with the versions I installed modified by Dhacker29

I tried using that recovery image but I don't have touch input with it. I guess I'm stuck with 4.4.4 for a bit longer..

Good morning, all.
Updated to CM current version, and bluetooth is a solid no go at this point. Are others seeing this? Any Lolli version that has BT working that anyone know of? BT is a must have for me unfortunately.
Otherwise - wow.......... just, wow. Great work.
