I think anyone can unzip it and get those lol. Or just run the xml through RSD Lite (after removing the getvar lines) and be directly on .41.Matt you going to extract the boot IMG so we can flash radio and kernel on .39 leak?

Can someone point me to the right RSD Lite to use with the HD fast boot files? Both the ICS and JB files? I always get an error when trying to flash these in RSD Lite. I currently have 6.1.4 installed.
I think I've always used 5.7. Lemme check.

Go into .zip file.
Find .xml file.
Use Notepad to open file and delete the two lines that reference "getvar."
Save.
Flash in RSD.
FYI: I used 6.1.4 with no problem.

Go here, RSD Flasher for Windows, House of Moto for anything else.

I'll also add, I just saw your post "over there." You flashed 925 FW, so you might be permanently stuck, but we'll see if we can get you started in the right direction with Sam's tools. Also, the fail you posted in the other forum is a trust zone fail. It failed because you are trying to downgrade firmware.
