Anybody else getting some intermittent sluggishness? Or any problems with Twitter? Twitter force closes/not responsive - close or wait - every time I pull down/refresh. Those are the only two issues I'm having. Really really solid build otherwise. Thanks as always for sharing!

None here. Try cleaning data in app or delete and reinstall. I turn off animation in development. Seems to move a little faster. May want to try that as well.

Does front facing video chat work? Because I use it a lot with family and friends, it's the final deciding factor as to if I will switch.

Flashed 5/19. 3 battery pulls later due to ls issues, back on 5/16. My phone must not agree with last few updates.

Tnx was just bout to grab it, now I was having GPS issues on 16 but when I updated to 17, my current, it works amazingly, so if you find yourself having that issue just grab 17, I haven't had an issue with it yet

Also, do we still need to use a camera other than stock? Or does finally being updated to jb fix that?
Thanks!

I play ingress a bit and each time it was while ingress was open so could be memory or GPS related, I guess.

I'm running rc2 and have had the screen not want to come back on after turning off. Anyone else have this problem? I installed rc2 on a freshly created slot 1.

Thanks!

Camera has been working for a while. No need for a 3rd party app now

Hm, my 4g coverage has actually been a bit better lately, what build are you running? I have never ever had any luck with Bluetooth between my droid X, bionic, or even jawbone pairing with my desktop or laptop, it just seems windows wasn't meant to be BT compatible. Although from the way you worded it it sounds like you were previously having success with it, so my suggestion would be to change your phone's Bluetooth device name, sometimes after you swap a few ROMs it confuses BT devices.I'm having a very hard time keeping 4g without even moving into another spot. Its really frustrating. Also when I try to make stock camera save to SD card it freezes and won't work again until I delete gallery settings and reboot . and my biggest problem is it won't connect or stay connected to the internet when using Bluetooth tether to my desktop. Please help if you can. Thanks !

Edit: oh and are you pulling internet from your computer to your phone or pushing it from the phone to the computer?

Has anyone tried the latest update? I've been on RC2 for awhile which worked absolutely stunning for two weeksish but now its getting sluggish and have had black screen of deaths.
I know a lot of ppl have kept going back to 5/17 build but i was wondering if anyone has tried 5/24 or 5/25. Might bite the bullet and try 5/25 tonight.
Also interesting note, I lost gps on RC2.after running on it for about a week. It's sad cuz i did the whole FXZ'd to fix my gps previously =/ Oh well. The pros and cons of Nightlies eh? lol

i'm starting to notice this on the RC1 also. anyone know the reason why the rom starts getting sluggish and force closes after awhile? it was running fast and great from a fresh install. now apps starts with a delay and noticing that it freezes up pretty often now. i tried wiping cache/dalvik and fixing permission but no noticeable differences.

I too lost GPS on RC2. Tried flashing other roms and still haven't been able to get gps back. I think I read possible solutions on past pages, but for whatever reason am unable to get any results using the forum search. Do you happen to know what the possible solutions were for fixing gps? Seems like there were other things to try before going the fxz route.

I have tried every solution of fixing GPS. Some of these solutions work, but the 100% working solution is FXZ-ing.
You can try them out by fixing permissions,
Uninstalling maps, Use the app GPS Status, then reinstall.
Factory Reset and clean wipe.
i forget the rest.
I've been following the forum since the beginning and GPS really is a hit or miss for people and as much as it sucks, FXZing fixes it. It's just the nature of nightlies. There are gonna be bugs.

Any background processes that could be taking most of the threads in your CPU? Android in general has the problem of running too many background operations, it simply doesn't have much of a limiter for what is running. Try downloading a task cleaner program and have it delete unimportant background task(i.e unused messengers app, Facebook, maybe lightflow) when you shut off your screen. That should work. Sure, many programs will repopulate the background, but it should regulate what happens in the long term.

Rather than using a task cleaner app, why not just go to settings-> developer options-> background process limit and set it to 4. Granted you have to do it after every reboot, but it does keep roms from slowing down.
