Can't seem to get GPS to lock on 4/24. DLing 4/25 now. Most everything else is good. 4/22-4/25 aokp and liquid have no sound, ringer, speaker,headphone for me, have to keep coming back to slot 1. Still on ICS, been wondering if that's my prob.

what website do you guys use to find the liquid and aokp nightlys?? I cant find them and anything past 4-20 is a drag for me

I bought an app called AOKPush for 1.30 or something like that. Gives updates, test builds, ect. I'd pay that to all the roms I run if it were available. Interestingly enough the app doesn't have any nightlies since 4/22. I'm on 4/21. No clue about app versus sts nightly thread.

Hey guys I'm on 4-20 and everything is working but gps. I downloaded the latest google maps and installed but it did not help.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. I use my use my phones gps with "map my run" but no go.    Would my gapps have anything to do with it?  - Thanks

If 4/24 seems to be working fine I'm thinking of trying it. Can anyone tell me if it has the kernel change to 3.08 or is it 3.0.31 still? 3.08 if I'm not mistaken is the official JB OTA kernel. I'm happy on the 4/20 build but really want to try this with an official JB kernel for more driver compatibility.

Try booting stock and see if it works there.

every build I've tried after 4-20 is a no go for me just tried aokp 4-25 and it bootlooped

Yes verified that GPS it still works in stock.  Any idea's?   I really love this rom and don't wont use the ota if I don't have too/

Uninstall Maps, turn off location settings. reboot, turn on location settings, reinstall Maps.

Per dh sound issue since should be resolved next nightly. Just flashed 4/26 aokp via their app and it appears everything good.

I have followed the steps to flash the "Verizon 4.1.2 ota update" to check it out and all (I thought went well), now however I keep getting this popup saying "verizon services has stopped working".  Any idea on how I can narrow it down as to what has stopped working and how to fix it?  It's popping up every 10 seconds and it seems to start happening as soon as the screen is on.

 

 

Also I can tell already I don't like this near as much sooooo what do I do to get SS back on, I still have root?  Do I do a factory reset??

Marty,

 

If you still have root, you just need to reinstall the SS apk. Load it up and press install recovery. From there, you can reboot and flash to your heart's content.
