Navigation is working fine in addition to all my other choices with GPS/Maps...

If I were a Betting Man...you should do a Deep Cleaning & Reflash your ROM

I've tried almost everything to try and get it working, wipes and reflashes and whatnot that others have suggested. Would you mind detailing a "Deep Cleaning?"

I had the same problem. Backed up everything, flashed fxz with rsdlite, rerooted, reinstalled safestrap, refreshed cm10.1, gps is now fixed.

I'm on ICS on unsafe side, so the JB OTA isn't the culprit.

I am also having random reboot with the 4/16 10.1 JB    I am on the 4.1.2 OTA.

Happens with BT phone calls and also when screen goes off (Sleep)

Wiped cache and dalvik

Going back to 4/15 Backup

Powers, on a side note I'm assuming Voodoo protected your root without issue?

So i saw the Tubue Vid on using voodoo to keep root while using stock recovery to flash the JB OTA. Looks good but couple questions.

I get I pull all of my roms out of the slots, boot into stock side, uninstall recovery and baicly remove all things related to my root. does that include my Titanium Backup?

2nd Question is if I retain root and reinstall the safestrap recovery can i use the CM10.1 nightlies? I thought they were built on the ICS kernel.

Eric

Okay my friend...

Deep Cleaning is Starting Over from Scratch...If the SafeStrap Side didnt cut it you may have other things going on with the Stock Side...

You may have Conflicts with your ROM and more than likely from prior ROMs Flashed Or Themes with Data that may still be located somewhere in your Files...

The real question is "Where Is It"...Stock Side or Safestrap side...On the Safestrap side if its not working after All the Wipes/Reflashes/Factory Reset/System...than Stock may be where some of the issues are

Back in my Droid X days... when All this was happening with Mulitipy Apps, Freezes. Reboots or Locked Screen we did the Deep Clean "SBFing the Phone"

Back to Stock In the Box...Not Advocated you do this but I have not Issues with Flying Jelly or CM 10.1 and All its Nightly...

came here for this, left happy. Saw the 4/16 and 4/15 changelogs reference something like an audiolib but I'm doubting that's the fix from the JB OTA as it's so soon. Trying 4/16 to check for audio whine before FXZing all the way back to 246 for the OTA.

Bionic is charging, hence my X sig. Just so you know, more than one person has effed their phone updating. Need to proceed with more than a bit of caution. If I were you I'd do some thread and YouTube searching, and make damn sure you're squared away before proceeding. I personally am staying 246. I mean no offense.

Updated without a hitch and still have root. These are the steps I used while running the STOCK ROM.
1- updated SU binaries to most recent ones
2- downloaded update, make sure file is saved to external SD card
3- downloads voodoo OTA updater, protect root
4- remove safe strap. To do this, go to the safe strap app in the stock ROM and click uninstall safe strap.
5- shut phone off
6- while pressing and holding both volume buttons, press power button to boot into stock recovery
7- choose update from external card, find the update file, select update.
8- after updating, restart phone. Open voodoo OTA app again and click button to regain root.
9- Voila!

Good luck!

Audio whine is still there as of 4/16. Like you said, I'm sure they'll get to it in time.
Also as others have stated 4/16 is a randomly rebooting mess, trying 4/15 to see if it's any better.

It's built-in to CM now, no need to get any other superuser apps.
