I kinda have Motorola's Smart Actions working. I found a zip to flash, but he location condition isn't working. Am I chasing a dead end? Yes, I know there are other options, but I really like the Smart Actions.

I also enjoy Bytecode's tweaks to CM. How can I apply them to any current CM release? I tried dirty flashing over Byte's ROM, and all seems OK until after a reboot, then the system sounds won't sound anymore.

I did notice the battery seems to get eaten faster on the 4/4 version.

Changed CPU governor to "OnDemand" in performance options (Must enable developer options to see this).

I'll report back after todays usage

Same here! I had a fully charged battery at 5 PM last night; by midnite it was less than 10 % with virtually no usage and with only one 15 min call and 3 text messages and nothing else. I also noticed the phone was warmer than usual.

I know that this is the wrong thread, but I was able to get mine fixed by downloading again and reflashing

So I turned off 4g using the lte toggle in the quick settings and it won't come back on. Anyone seen this and know a fix? Reboot and toggling airplane mode don't work.

You've been struggling with 4g on a few roms haven't you? Sure it's not your coverage? I've flashed most, and i. I'm in a border area with 4g, and have had minimal issues. More so if you can say that with any 4.2.2 rom. Same results with ics roms?

Where did you find the zip? I'd like to use it again also.

It's not entirely functional, even though it looks complete. It would seem to depend on a few other Motorola 'sub-programs' to know what/where/when/etc. I forget where I found it. I apparently wraps up all 3 into one SmartActions program. But, without the other programs, it's a cruel, eye-candy teaser. I'd pay for it as a stand-alone app, hands down! Byte had it nailed when he left. SA was the only (final?) cog for a perfect be-all ROM.

did you let it run until it shut off? After I install a new update mine gets down to 1% pretty quickly, then stays there for hours. After a full recharge it's a lot better. After a couple of cycles it's properly calibrated.

Hashcode, or DHacker, help! Please B)

As some of you know, I changed jobs and am at a new firm. I have been enjoying and posting on CM10.1 for a while, but my new office required that I encrypt data for using exchange email on my phone. I have been able to encrypt on my blur rom (IcarusHD), however, I have not had any luck encrypting the kexec roms (CM10.1 and AOKP) that I use. When I try to encrypt, it just sits on the little droid for hours, without anything happening. In the blur rom there was a progress bar running and encryption was compleated in about 15-20 minutes.

Do you know of a fix? It would be nice to continue using these builds as my DDs.
Has anyone been successful in encrypting the Liquid kexec ROM?
THANKS!

ok I posted this in the liquid thread too, but for the benefit of folks in here - I have come to the conclusion that the LTE toggle under quicksettings totally borks 4G. For me at least. Once I toggle it off and on, 4G goes bye-bye and doesn't come back. I've had the same issue on AOKP (slot 2) and liquid (slot 3) now. Rebooted into CM10.1 in slot 1 and voila, 4G. So I knew it wasn't a global issue. To get 4G back running liquid, wound up wiping my slot 3 and recreating it, reflashed and got 4G back. Thank god for TiBu. Not too much of a PITA to get everything reset, but frustrating nonetheless. of course YMMV but thought I'd throw the warning out there. In case you're wondering, I've got a crappy signal at work (no un-VPN'd wifi) and thought I'd try to save some battery life by turning off 4G...

There is some talk about this on XDA forum. I recreated slot 3 and still no go for me. Still an issue for users though .Thanks for the update and advice! Wifi is borked on this one.

WiFi not borked, just sleepy... I wiped everything and reflashed and got WiFi to turn on.

Anyone else having random issues with the GPS on every nightly? Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't... I have (2) Bionics same system, moved the back up to the other.... one works the other does not right now... they both were working originally.. i am on 4/4 currently, but had the issues on about every version.... I have to delete the Rom slot then re-create it and then restore to get the GPS back..... Any thoughts? Anyone working on this bug? I love this ROM so far though!

I usually have to rewipe cache or just install the update again. But it worked from jump after 4/7 install.
