4/4 aokp tether is broke now. Wtf it was working great on 4/3 now it says starting and says stopping. That was one of. If not the main reason I have been happy with cm and aokp and now they are both broke. Only posting an issue, the rest of it is great, that I use anyway.

Strange. I couldn't get WiFi to run at all on 4/3. Log was complaining of WPA_supplicant driver errors. Under 4/4 both WiFi and teathering work but I am still seeing WiFi log errors that I haven't seen before.

I am on 4/4 and just tested stock WiFI and WiFi Tether app. Both work fine. I did a clean install for the 4/2 nightly (backup, delete slot, create slot, install CM 10.1, install gapps, restore data).

The only thing I notice is that the first time I boot a new nightly, I get an error that media has stopped. I click OK and the boot process then finishes. It's just the first time. After that rebooting goes smoothly.

4/5 liquid up on too. Has Ubuntu kernel. Checking it out now.

Big Marv asked where to find 4/5 liquid. If your on 3/31 look in about phone then about liquid. Had a direct link to goo. And it says official. So far its the best liquid yet.

So far stock tether has worked great on cm, aokp, and liquid. I've only seen 2 builds it was broken on for me.

It's already built into the ROM.

DL'd & installed the 4/4 nightly (was on 3/24). Clock/Weather widget updating fantastic using GPS/location.

Of course still have the phone mic issue when in Headphone mode (no big deal)

Everything else is working great for what I need it for.

Put myself on the motorola mailing list for the JB (4.1.2) soak test for Bionic. Not that I'll install it but want to know when it's going out.

I agree. Use Bluetooth headphones. stop whining about the whine. That's such a mundane detail it's like you're complaining for the sake of complaining

It's not a mundane detail for those who use their phone as their main media device, and spending 100 dollars on a $#!+ty pair of Bluetooth headphones that will not even match 40 dollar portapros, let alone Grados or Shures is not a solution to the issue.

This is a feedback, help, suggestion, and discussion thread for CM 10.1 so stop acting like suggestions aren't important. I assume dhacker or hashcode looks at this thread and we want to indicate our interest in getting this issue solved. After all their phones might not have the issue.

As to the guy who said it was a filter fix, you are spot on. I currently use an inline amp to boost the other frequencies and kill that whine, but my Grados are not powerful enough to require an amp so I look forward to the day we can get rid of it.

I should probably get to work on finding out the frequency range.

Anyone else having wifi issues on 4/4 and Official liquidsmooth 2.1? Wifi is not even starting for me. Clean install for liquidsmooth on slot 3.

reinstalled after wiping cache and dalvik...now it is working

on a side note has anyone else on 4/3 noticed that the weather check in the cLock widget seems to be broken? I have tried fix perm. and reboot but still nothing. just says "no data tap to refresh"

Had GPS issues tonight on the 100% stock ROM. Sunspot/network type issues, I'm guessing. So, not necessarily ROM related right now. 4/3 is relatively stable, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm trying to find the post but no luck so far. It's a known issue, and it may be gone for good. Although I'm on 3/30 and mine still works. Not sure what's up.

Tried UCCW and Zooper Widget pro, both that use yahoo weather, and both are syncing fine. I don't understand why it would just be related to cm10.1 (maybe others I don't know about). Would be a bummer cause I really like cLock widget.

Edit 2 I stand corrected. Just flashed aokp 4/6 and lost wifi and weather. Staying on 4/3 which has everything working minus speakerphone.

I did notice the battery seems to get eaten faster on the 4/4 version.

Changed CPU governor to "OnDemand" in performance options (Must enable developer options to see this).

I'll report back after todays usage
