anyone else think it's a pure kick in the junk from moto that they aren't updating the bionic to JB until most people who got them in the first few months will be able to update to something new?
for me -- too little too late. i doubt i'll be getting another moto device after OG droid and Bionic's complete and utter lack of reasonably timed upgrades. Partially VZW's fault I know, but I don't have a choice about that.

Did a dirty flash from 3/26 to 3/27, went into a boot-loop . Back to stock until I have some time
Dirty and or clean results in boot loop for 3/27 CM10.1 and AOKP. Back to 3/26 for CM10.1 and 3/25 for AOKP

same here.Exactly. AOKP says slot 2 only and CM10.1 is slot 1 only. 3/27 bootlooped on the appropriate slots for both CM10.1 and AOKP. I am back to using 3/26 on CM10.1.

Yes I know it is an older phone and it is made by Motorola, but it does run Android (for me this is most important) and Republic Wireless service only costs $20/month. My big hope for Republic Wireless may come this fall with new smartphone technology they keep promising and better options hardware/software wise. I also can't forget how much I really hate Verizon, Sprint, and ATT with their overpriced and half-baked service plans! Sorli...

Also, I've been out of touch for a short while, is AOKP also getting nightlies? If so, where? AND what's happening with my beloved CM10-based LiquidSmooth? Hasn't received any love since 3/16 (works just fine but I like new stuff)
Lastly, I saw a post on rootz that CM10 was going to have pie controls from Paranoid Android baked into new versions, anyone seen this yet?

media keeps stopping and the aosp keyboard stopped as well, but things are going well for now.
Hash while you're here is there any chance of getting rid of the headphone squeal? I don't know if you've experienced that high pitched whine but I know I'm not alone.

OK, should have read the thread before updating both cm10.1 and aokp. Yes, bootloopedHash posted on twitter all Droid builds have bug. Said he's working on it.
That's alot of questions. Phone does seem a little buggy. Sometimes don't get contacts and locks up. Don't have your issue as you are special Aokp download link a page back!Anyone have an issue on AOKP or CM10 where incoming phone calls won't come through and phone becomes non-responsive? The phone vibrates, I get a black screen with a phone icon on the top, but had to battery pull (and of course missed the call) to get it to respond. Seems ok today I think after a reboot.
Also, I've been out of touch for a short while, is AOKP also getting nightlies? If so, where? AND what's happening with my beloved CM10-based LiquidSmooth? Hasn't received any love since 3/16 (works just fine but I like new stuff)

1) Speaking into Google...."Text {contact} (My Text message)" brings up webpage but not text (Messaging) option.
2) Mic will not work when in headphone mode
3) Occasional lag with keyboard (generally a reboot solves this little issue)
However, way more pros than cons. I'm using it as my DD for the last 3 days with no major issues. I'm going to stay on 3/24 until a major update hits

Bionic should be updated to 4.1 soon enough (APRIL). That will give HC and other developers a much better base for further kexec Roms. Can anyone say KLP?anyone else think it's a pure kick in the junk from moto that they aren't updating the bionic to JB until most people who got them in the first few months will be able to update to something new?

so many loops....tried redownloading from cmupdater but glad i checked this thread before trying a tenth time. Bout to try the new 3/27, will report back.

It almost sounds as if the audio to whatever track you are listening to is crap quality, right? Like a pop almost. I personally haven't had that issue aside from Google Talk and Skype but my dad said he has been getting exactly what you are experiencing. When he switched back to stock ROM, it went away.
Not sure =x
