I guess that answers my first question lol. It's a re-flash slot-1 and can't be applied to a perviouse version.

Two questions:
1- Wipe cache and Dalvik then flash. Do I wipe after install is complete?
2- How does everyone get all thier data like text messages back on quickly after flash, titanium back? Is there a tutorial on what to save and not to save, contact, text messages, etc.?

Thanks,
Marty

I back up apps, call log, and messages (SMS and MMS) thru tibu and restore. Don't restore any other system files or you could run into problems.

Just back up user apps w/data as well as the yellow items in system apps. Leave the rest alone. I only restore SMS/MMS mainly but you could do call log like LDubs said. That way you are safe and won't mess anything up.

Also move the backup directory to your ext (menu, preferences, backup folder location) and having it upload automatically to Google Drive or Drop box won't hurt either

These ROM's are a joke and a complete waste of time. I already know that once we get our JB OTA from moto, we will begin seeing Key Lime Pie Rom's. I have another joke for you. What does a animal with fleas and a Bionic JB or Key Lime Pie Rom both have in common? They are loaded with bugs!!!!!!!!!!

You're kidding me right? All custom ROMs are based off some variation of these and you call them a joke? Hash and dhacker have singlehandedly built these and you should be a tad more grateful, rather than being a douche.

Really there is no need for this kind of attitude. If you don't care for this Rom move along. At a minimum you should have a bit more respect for ANY dev that spends his free unpaid time to help out a community.

I've experienced these vertical white line as well and I've noticed that it gets a bit slow and sluggish when typing. But it's ok, I'm sure that Hashcode is aware of this issue.

Yup, I experience this with every 4.2 build. The way to fix it is to just install SwiftKey3. I haven't seen the problem since.

I cannot stand people like you. Stop being so ridiculously ungrateful. HC has done so much to support this phone. I honestly do not believe I would enjoy my phone anymore if it wasn't for what HC has done for this phone in regards to these amazing ROMs and Safestrap.

Just get off these forums altogether as a matter of fact. You make me sick.

I'm unable to get the camera working with the latest build 2/25/13. Stock camera shows black screen and all 3rd party cameras aren't working (black screen too). Consequently, torch won't function properly either.

Anyone have a fix for this?

Stock camera hasn't ever worked on a jelly bean leak. A bug that will always exist till JB OTA.

Do not open stock camera. Try reboot/battery pull. Then only use 3rd party camera apps only. I had success with Camera Zoom FX .

Once the stock camera app is opened, you will have to reboot or battery pull again.

Just curious, has anyone got wifi tethering to work? If you do, what app/settings do you use? Or is that one of the known issues with JB roms that I somehow missed?

Yes I have.. I got it to work using :

Device : generic ICS/jb wlan 1
Setup : auto
No encryption
I use channel 8 and pick your ssid

I'm saying from memory, but I have a notecard with all my ROMs listed and the WiFi tether setup for each. If it doesn't work with wlan1 than try wlan0. :D

Yeah people hate on it because they're cheap but you get what you pay for and it's honestly the best supported backup app on the market...

I use that and Nova due to its ability to restore your desktop, including custom icons and all your widgets. Saves me 10-15 mins on widgets and 20-30 mins on custom individual icons on every fresh install...

I can fully restore my desktop, icons, widgets, apps, data & sms/mms in less than 10 minutes

I have the paid version so I'm not sure if the free has that ability. I have bought around 200 apps which I know everyone can't do but if you see me commenting on something always assume it is the paid version. I always buy them to make sure that I'm contributing to the advancement of the apps.

Yeah I know that the stock tether wasn't working with ics roms but I just happened to try it with the 4.2.2 roms and it fired right up. I'm not sure if Hash just happened to leave/add the code in that you can modify with sqlite editor but it worked for me on a fresh install.

If it fires up for you the name of the network might not be what you made it but the password will be what you set it as. Hope that makes sense but just let me know if you need help.

Stuff like that is what makes this rom so good for me. The camera not working is the only thing that sucks. I personally use a third party keyboard and sms/mms app so I'm good there.
