Keyboard issue is that it starts responding exceptionally slow and also starts having lines through letters. It is really interesting since it only started with cm10.1 builds and the latest AOKP 4.2 builds. Even using the 4.2 keyboard on 4.1 worked pretty flawlessly but now it just does not run smoothly.

I was unaware of the headphone problem, but not having speaker phone mic work when bluetooth doesn't work with the phone either pretty much sucks. Again, I'm not complaining...it's just a real bummer when you are talking and the other person doesn't hear a word you say.

All that said, is anyone else pretty disappointed with what AOKP seems to be doing? CM10.1 seems like my new favorite since it seems to actually incorporate many new features that really put it over the top for me. Granted, we are all on Bionic so are limited to CM and AOKP or variations of (again many thanks to all developers), but it just used to be AOKP had soooo many more features and now it seems more restrictive.

Any thoughts on getting the audio to work?

I have got to have speaker phone. Is there any JB 4.2.1 where the speaker phone does work??

So after running it all weekend, I can say it does lag a lot, the keyboard works fine (I'm not having the problems you guys are listing here), headphones work fine but I don't have a mic headset to test, battery is working fine (no major draining), all the ROM bells and whistles are there.

Does your "hands free speaker phone" work?

The speaker phone worked on the prior aokp and cm 10.1 builds.

The speaker phone does not work. But if you're just talking to the phone and listening through the headphones, it works.

I had the keyboard problems at first but I just rebooted it after a factory reset and it was fine. I did experience what you described though. This rom is almost there I think and if Hashcode gets all these random bugs we'll all have a nice daily driver here.

I am, I have to turn wifi off and use go sms. stock and handcent can't seem to send or receive mms for me. mms has never worked correctly for me, even after the fix.

Yeah, 4.2.1 ROMs seem to run poorly on my phone. Terribly slow and unresponsive. I don't believe it is a problem with any particular 4.2.1 ROM as I have tried almost all of them.
