my mms seems to have suddenly stopped working in the latest nightly (10/02). anyone else having this problem? my mms has always worked fine in previous nightlies. any way to fix this or is it just the build?

 

edit: fixed it by toggling over to stock then sending a mms on it. was able to send mms after toggling back to cm nightly.

Does it work normally on stock or other roms? It sounds like maybe hardware because, other than those couple builds where it wouldn't turn on, I haven't had any problems with wifi.

Yes, it works perfect on stock and any other rom. I'll try the latest nightly and see if that helps.

Not sure if its cm or safe strap that borked last night but I never got last nights nightly to load. Had to wipe and uninstall SS and re install 10-1-13.

EOL Bionic running 4.3

MMS didn't work for me until I cleared cache and dalvik. There seems to be a few bugs on every nightly that are fixed after a quick cache and dalvik wipe. Fixing permissions helps occasionally too.

i also tried clearing cache/dalvik previously  but it didn't fix the problem. were you on wifi when you were sending the mms? i turned wifi off and waited til the data went from grey bars to blue with LTE. perhaps try clearing cache/dalvik after toggling back. i probably just got lucky and somehow fixed it on accident.

Anybody else having issues with the screen not waking up?  I'm on 9/26 nightly, dirty flashed.  The only complaint I have with CM10.x is that sometimes, and it seems worse on some builds than on others, the screen doesn't wake, but the bottom lights come on.  Battery pull is the only way I have been able to recover.

I'm on 28, it does it to me sometimes, especially when I have the clock set to 300-1000, setting it to 600-1200 makes it better but either way after a few seconds the screen normally does eventually turn on

I had that problem after dirty flashing from 10.1. A clean install fixed it. Battery life has been better too.

I can't download latest nightly via cm updater or phone browser. I just factory reset (part of plan for latest nightly anyway) and still starts to download then stops. No error. Anyone else?
