10.2 and 10.1 are totally different. 10.1=4.2.2 and 10.2=4.3. They are still maintaining 10.1 and 10.1.3 is the latest Release Candidate for a stable version. I don't believe there is a current stable version of 10.2. Hope that helps.

It makes no sense to me, but the last 4 Release Candidates for CM10.1 has been less stable than their nightly counterparts

10.1.0's RC3 RC4 RC5 and now 10.1.3's RC1

 

I know Hash has stated he doesn't really care about the suffix on releases. Maybe thats why theres not a lot of difference between a nightly and a stable release

10.1.3 works perfectly for me, excpet for the same issue i had on 10.2, when i use the instigram app and front facing camera, the camera is no longer recognized.

Should say at download page. File was named with all three before. I saw that he mentioned there were probably bugs that could make you do serious repair so I figured I'd hold off anyway.

Yeah it's great. A lot of the stuff that said coming soon in 311 is in it. Only thing I found so far is it sends your nandroids to a different folder so you have to move them to use them. At least for me a new one went to TWRP/000000000000000/ instead of straight in TWRP but I couldn't find a way yet to change up a level in restore.

I'm on cm10.1.2 stable and having trouble with sending and receiving texts with images. Anyone else have this problem, and is there a solution? Edit: Just updated to 10.1.3 and still had the same problem. I realized that I had mobile data turned off while on WiFi, so I turned it on and voila! Pictures sent and received. So, MMS is done through mobile data even when WiFi is on? Sent from my XT875 using Tapatalk 4

Yes. But I didn't know that was the issue. That has happen to me and I don't think I figured it out. (Just reboot!) Are you on RC? You said stable... I think they only have an RC for 10.1.3. Running to find out now! Bionic-ly sent with T4

I'm on the RC for 10.1.3. If it happens again I'll just take your advice and reboot. So far so good though.

:safestrap 3.5 works good and solved my 10.2 issues. The 9/1 nightly is very good, except for the 3g issue

Google services is hogging my battery. I'm on the RC for 10.1.3 if that matters. Was getting 14+ hours on standard battery even with 3 hours screen time, so something is definitely up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Under the WiFi Advanced settings, do you have the option for continuing to search while turned off checked? It may just be an option in 10.2 but I don't recall at this point.

sorry - stupid questoin and lack of going through search results - but I install off slot 2 and didn't boot.  Does it have to be on Slot 1?

I had a problem with the alarm going off this morning but I couldn't snooze it at all. The touch screen didn't work and no hardware buttons did anything either. I eventually held the power button down and it snoozed it somehow... I'm currently on the 8/26 nightly
