10.2 and 10.1 are totally different. 10.1=4.2.2 and 10.2=4.3. They are still maintaining 10.1 and 10.1.3 is the latest Release Candidate for a stable version. I don't believe there is a current stable version of 10.2. Hope that helps.

It makes no sense to me, but the last 4 Release Candidates for CM10.1 has been less stable than their nightly counterparts
10.1.0's RC3 RC4 RC5 and now 10.1.3's RC1
I know Hash has stated he doesn't really care about the suffix on releases. Maybe thats why theres not a lot of difference between a nightly and a stable release
