Cool I'll give it a go. I was looking in goo not official site. That's the advantage of DD Carbon in S1 and CM10.2 in S2 and Raging B in S4.

Nothing but problems for me on both 10.2 builds. The rom is ok by itself but if I flash the new gapps 0812 I get a constant aosp keyboard has failed message. I thought it might have been a bad gapps dnld so I tried again. This all happened on a new partition build and a very clean install. Anyone else having problems? My nandroid restored fine to my 0813 nightly build so no harm trying it out. :lol:

Should be using 8/13 gapps. Might solve your issue.

Happened to me, make sure you flash the latest gapps. That solved my issue.

I've seen a bit of posts on Google services running heavy battery wise. Sent have an hp Touchpad running cm9 and the 7/14 build. What do I find using 37% of my battery? Now that's never happened before. I'm wondering if this is a Google vs rom issue.

I'm on 8/17, btw. It just froze with a black screen while the camera app was open, did it with the focal app as well. Rebooted, took a picture, then it did it again.

Does anyone have success with using their Bionic as a "world phone"? Travelling overseas and I'm told that to use international (non VZW) service I'll need an unlocked Triband phone. I believe our Bionics are Quad Band GSM and TriBand HSPA but unsure as to how to unlock it. I don't think that just because I'm rooted (w safestrap etc and CM) I'm unlocked. Does anyone have insight or a good source for more info on this?
