And what about 2G/3G only toggle? Why it inactive?

no I always got the unlock sim card msg I've never seen that I'll flash this new version in a few and see if i get that too

i coudnt switch my governor either i use rom toolbox for that though

I'm on build 4/14, Gapps 20121011, unlocked bootloader, SS removed, used CWM recovery to install and having no issues changing the governor. Using No-frills CPU Control.

Yeah, it changes fine with a third party cpu control app.  It does not change when I am using the performance section in settings.

I see, well the option under performance section has NEVER worked for me on CM10 on any of the builds ever made for this phone. I've always used a third party app.

I could not get the gsm fix to flash using twrp or cwm. I ended up manually copying the build.prop file from the gsmfix zip into the system folder using a root browser, it works just fine this way. Make sure to correctly set the permissions and group ownership on the file and then reboot.

 

Don't have 4G round here so I can't test that...

Not sure why but all cm10 ROMs I've tried have never gotten a gps lock. Stock based ROMs work fine. I guess it's just me. Does anyone else have gps issues with cm10?

I had GPS and BT issues when I was running Trippin' Bean.  However, that was on SS, over the stock ROM.  Running a CM ROM over a stock base is just asking for trouble.  I've heard there have been far less issues running CM on an unlocked phone, provided that it was installed correctly.

Never had problems with BT. I am unlocked, SS removed and using CWM recovery. What is the proper way to install? I am just wiping everything and installing rom plus gapps. What am I missing?
