Having an issue connecting to vzw and also getting sim toolkit default message message. Any ideas? I do appreciate the work

I saw a cherry-pick to add thats should fix the issue. I'll add the fix and compile it again and upload it tomorrow. As far as the wifi, are you all using it with safestrap or with phone with unlocked bootloader?

Edit: for some reason it will turn blue with bars if I get a 3g signal but it acts like there's no service if I hook up to 4g

Now that the bootloader has been unlocked I would assume things will pick up...I hope!
I hope so too. I really enjoy CM10 and would love to CM10.1 for the M (definitely willing to donate to help development).

Here's a new CM10 build with the cherry pick to fix the sim toolkit message. Let me know if you still have the issue.
After flashing the CM 10.1 build, previously having unlocked and installed CWM, I too got the sim and toolkit messages. The Sim messages soon stopped, and they're really no problem in any case, but the toolkit message was a pain in the neck. My way out of it was to go into File Manager/System/App and delete toolkit. and that was that. It was labeled tkb (or something like that), but I'd recognized the symbol for toolkit in my Apps bin, although in Apps, the toolkit app could only be force stopped, which did not stop the messages. So, other than the message issue, the build is quick and all works well-no wifi problems, and you have to be sure to use the 20121211 GAPPS, and nothing newer. There do seem to be less bars in my 3G signal (I live in areas where 4G is rare in Vero Beach Fl.), than my Eclipse rom previously had in the same areas in my house. Does your new build offer anything else, besides the fix?

Actually, we do have source. Not sure where you've been looking... But anyway, here's a new CM10 build I compiled for everyone to enjoy. No NFC or Wifi Direct, but everything else (wifi, camera, etc.) works. There's gonna be alot more development now that the bootloader is unlocked.

What all is different or changed in the one you compiled other than the cherry pick for sim toolkit?

@mic213 - Thanks for "waking up" the Razr M CM10 ROM development. I have a Electrify M that I recently rooted and installed SafeStrap. Your current ROM (4/14) seems to be working well, but I can't seem to get the camera to work. Just curious if you would have any insight as to what I should look for to fix it?

I never use the stock camera, I've always used Camera ICS and its working fine on this ROM (4/14 build)

Gave "Camera ICS" a try and no go. If I understand correctly, SafeStrap is still using the "stock" Electrify kernel. I suppose it's a problem with the camera modules or libs?

Cm10 acts weird in ss it's better if your bootloader is unlocked

I've run Camera ICS on stock, stock rooted, FlyingJelly and on different CM10 ROMS (all on SS) and had no problems. After installing it, I deleted the stock camera via TitaniumBackup. Not sure why you are having issues with it but I'm sure someone has the answer to fix it. Maybe unlock the bootloader and install via CWM instead of SafeStrap.
