Note: Maybe you have to edit the undervolt values inside the undervolt-patch zip file because the values are to low for some phones and causes freezes and crashes. I will update the OP now for further details.

Whirleyes on xda ported the Moto Jelly Bean OTA to our ICS kernel. You can download it there. For GSM users I made a GSM Patch. Also CDMA users can run it without upgrade bootloader and kernel so you can revert back to ICS..

BMM: If someone has got issues with the CPU frequencies, re-download the Update.
Safestrap users possibly could flash to Stock slot now, but not a promise, just test it.

I found the issue which is causing bootloops!
Please go to /system/etc/init.d and delete the following files:
08darky_zipalign
10setrenice
25ntr
20journalism
Wipe cache and Dalvik.
After that the loops are gone for me.

There is a bug with Llama, it can't detect cells, everything else is working. NExt update will have fixed version.
temporary solution for llama locations: Go into settings, open experimental laboratory, tick the box for Android positioning setting. Chose an interval (e.g. each 10 minutes), and you can also activate Wifi checking with a lower interval. Then go to locations and tap and hold it, show Llama your location on the map (you may install Llama map from gplay).
Edit: I guess I will delete this thread because no one here seems to be interested and I keep it up to date or nothing!

- Network Location / Llama Cell detection doesn*t work
- GPS may not work (for me it works)
- Camera lags
The Pdroid devs know about this and are fixing it atm..
Until then I just have built a version without PDroid. Will be released soon...

Wanted to post it here, it'S for both, GSM and CDMA. But it seems that I got "locked" and can't open new threads here...Is this the way this forum works??? Come on...
I didn't want to start a closed beta on each forums, that's it!
