Been scanning the forums and waiting in the chat room and no one showed. I have downloaded droid razr utility for 4.1.2 on my xt912. I am planning on running cm10 but I am having problems getting the utility to work. I click on WindowsUtility.bat and the batman screen opens and says press any key to continue so I do, and then the utility closes. Tried the version for ics, same thing. I have the correct drivers installed and did everything you tube told me to do, but every time i press any key to continue is closes. I thought it may be a connectivity problem with my computer so I checked my ip config and phone was there like it was supposed to be. Then I thought it could be another problem with my computer so I tried another one...same problem. Isn't there supposed to be a readme with the utilities? Please help.

I know the blank look on my profile picture makes me look derpy but I assure u I am not. I downloaded an outdated version of the utility intended for use before the Jan 2014 ota update for the razr. Found the correct one and everything is working. Took me a couple of tries to learn how to use safestrap, still cannot get cm10 to work but I did have success with eclipse rom. There are so many roms for the xt912, having trouble deciding which one to use. I am doing this for my dad who doesn't like the bloatware or the features of the stock razr rom. Any suggestions?

Please I need a link to download Matt Utility for ICS, I neet to flash a stock ICS ROM into my droid Razr(XT912 Varizon). Phone is soft bricked and am stuck at the droid logo. I can boot to the AP fastboot mode, so either help me get Matt Utility for ICS or fastboot files so that use it in RSD Lite. Thank you in advance.
