yup, nova launcher works but I would recommend Go launcher with an ICS theme, $#!+ runs smooooooth. also DT made a modified launcher as well.. camera or no camera this rom kicks rear end

Ok so i had the rom up and running, but now I am getting this message unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped. An it will not let me do anything on this rom. I am safe strapped. Stock on non safe and ic3 on safe. Anyone know any fixes to this solution? I did not know if re installing the rom from the sd card work, any help would be appreciated. I can still get to safestrap menu.

If you have a working market...this is what I had to do on my xoom...use titanium backup to uninstall flash player and adobe air (i rarely recommend uninstalling apps). In the market, redownload the two apps. Refresh the browser.
If you don't have a working market...find the apk's for the recent flash 11 and adobe air and install those after uninstalling from titanium.

I have the same problem. I flashed this through safestrap last night was working like a charm. This morning I restored all apps and data with titanium backup and then rebooted. Thats when this started happening for me. I'm going to try a wipe and reflash and see if not restoring system data fixes it.

Just a suggestion i probably wouldnt use titanium backup for this.

It seems to work fine for restoring apps. just not for system data (probably due to the fact that its an operating system change. After restoring only apps and their data it seems to be running just fine. But to be safe not using it is probably the best choice.

Kinda a dumb question but I'm on abym rom right now, so how do i go to ics? And if anything goes wrong I made a backup of my stock that came with the phone can i restore to that from ics?

probably would go back to stock then flash the ics. you can try it going from absym to ics if it screws up just rsd back to stock and start over.

if you flashed absym using razr bootstrap...uninstall razr bootstrap, install safestrap, boot into safe mode, and flash ics with the instructions in the OP...
that way you still have absym in non safe mode and can toggle into ics in safemode when you want.

Alright thanks guys but still got one more question. The backup that I made of my stock rom is that use full or I just backed it up for nothing? If I wanna go back to stock from abysm so i have to rsd or can I just use my backup? (God I hate Motorola for not unlocking the boot loader)

Bootloader wouldn't change this situation. You can have as many backups as you want. They will be titled by date.

When you want to restore pick the one you want.

Is there a change in CM that disabled the auto-tablet formatting at <161 screen density? Was kinda looking forward to seeing it on the RAZR's screen :V

If I install this as a system app can I just use root explorer to get the apk in the /system/app folder? I don't have a app folder in the system folder should I make one? Once again thanks for the info

Hey love this rom but can't get flash player to work. Installed the app from market and when I go to settings there's a blank screen. Any info on this?

hey i would do like you suggested and use root explorer to get the apk in sys folder. i usually just dl the ics rom open it up with 7zip and place the apk in the system folder (i know headache to do) and then flash it.. just easier for me to do on my pc

Hahaha alright thanks Just want to make sure as this is the first device that i know that still has a locked bootloader so im unsure of what i can and what i cant do.

That is 'Normal' on this rom, and was posted earlier, so you are fine. Remember, this is 'Alpha' build and these quirks are what we deal with for the experience of being a small part of such a great process :-)
