Has anyone downloaded and tried this new test rom yet?  I've tried it on all four slots in SafeStrap 3.11, all fresh creations, meaning I created a 2 gig slot for each flash, and let it each one boot for about 10 minutes or so after flashing.  None of them got past the animated boot logo.  Am I missing a step or something?

I never got around to flashing it. Had planned to flash tomorrow.

I think it was a bad upload or the framework edits had bugs...alpha 3 uploading now, but it won't include the extended power menu.

Hi there!!

I just installed 4.3.1, installed the 4.3.2 patch and did the 4.4.1 OTA (all non OC) and I keep getting constant popups saying Unfortunately, the process com.motorola.process.system has stopped.  Any ideas what the problem might be or how to fix it?

I am afraid to update to JB. My stock ROM has NEVER worked properly on my Bionic. I had just about decided to smash the phone against the wall in frustration when I found Blurry. Since I have installed Blurry, I have had a stable, fun and responsive phone again.

I have safestrapped back into Stock and tried to set it up for JB, but it keeps loosing signal (4 bars to nothing...takes 5 minutes to recover every time), crashing, popping up error messages, etc. Wipe cache and dalvik cache to no avail. (Note: did fresh factory install on last stock update - didn't help either...)

Should I just stick with Blurry, or should I hope that JB fixes my problems with stock?

ok so im having a problem. im pretty good with flashing roms but i downloaded this ROM and nothing has happened. my phone boots to the safestrap screen then after that nothin. it just goes black. after maybe 3 minutes my phone resets and does it all over again. i downloaded the non-oc ROM. can someone help? ive heard this ROM is one of the best

I'm having this issue as well right now. It makes me wonder if something else is wrong though since the same problem was happening for me earlier with a completely different rom. Is there anything with safestrap that would cause this?

Out of curiosity.. have you tried flashing to a different slot ..ie,failed on slot 1 each time? Sometimes from what I've read in the past the internal memory gets a little screwed up..and this also has been a debate as to how much faster we might be killing it by flashing

Just notice something else that I cannot place. I powered down the phone to have it charge up a bit to convert over back to stock. The ROM read 14% battery which felt about right. When I powered down and plunged it in the phone read 30%. I run the battery wipe script every time I switch ROM slots, even on stock along with cache and dalvic. Going to look into it more.

Great rom! I have a question if I may, when I try to into system settings it keeps telling me the app isn't installed.....is there something I don't have turned on? I've done some searching but haven't come up with an answer that I can find. Thanks!

That was a strange problem with the ICS builds. It usually only showed itself on first boot and a restart after first boot would fix it.

Yeah. After upgrading to job you can't run ICS ROMs. Try Blurry JB, same ROM but Jelly! lol

I am having the exact same problem. This is my first ROM I am attempting to install. I tried it in Slot 1 and 2, both with no results. I am coming from stock ICS rooted.

 

Anyone able to find out what is causing this and how to fix?   Thanks.
