Actually, the posted picture looks completely different than the actual dropdown. Weird. Send me some ideas and I can see what we can do.

The picture you posted or the one I posted? The one I posted was how I would have made the drop down in comparison to the one you posted... honestly, Ive been wanting to do some themeing for a rom. What kind of ideas? Or more like what elements would you like as examples? Dropdown? Lockscreen? Wallpaper? Ill send some examples if you tell me what you want to see.

I'm having trouble with the install on my bionic. I'm new at this, so I'm sure it's something I haven't done correctly. I followed the steps above for 3.8 for the install onto my bionic. On the initial boot the screen is blank and has been for 5-10 minutes. I noticed it said it will take "some time" to install. Is there any way to determine if in fact it is installing? Any ideas? Thanks!!

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes. I think I may have found the problem. It helps to select the correct file.

Did you make sure the su binary is updated and checked the automatic response in the settings of Superuser?

I see what happened, my su app was stuck after patching; it said loading binary for a few minutes so I restarted and it was working again. Apps could find root again, thanks!

I like and yes he does have some talent.

Any word on next open or test build? My Bionic began losing WIFI (Eclipse) recently and I'd love to return to Blurry Maxx.

I also met someone local last week who happens to be my Oriental Medicine therapist, Bionic user also using Eclipse, and wants to move on to JB or like most of us just something better.

I'll introduce him (Lou) later and we'll both look forward to new Maxx build. Sorli...

Here is something I've been working on. Flash the BatteryFlasher.zip first (it backs up your original SystemUI.apk). There will be a folder on your sdcard now called batterymods. Pick which mod you want and flash it. Next flash the BackgroundFlasher.zip. There will be a folder called backgroundmods, flash the background you want. Lastly, flash the ToggleFlasher.zip. There will be a togglemods folder on your sdcard. Pick the toggles you want and flash it. The batterymod.zip only has to been flashed the first time. If you change to a different batterymod, you need to flash the BackgroundFlasher and Toggleflasher zips again and pick which ones you want. All can be done in one recovery session. You will see 2 zips in your batterymods folder, icarus and bamablue. Their battery mods are not in those zips. They are the same as the backup.zip. I took out their res folders but forgot to edit the mount.sh. I didn't ask for their permission, that's why they are not included.

Edit: I fixed the mount.sh, there won't be a icarus or bamabar zip anymore and the blueglowgauge has been fixed

Hey, I've been using 4.1 over the weekend and it started to restart after doing things such as going to text messages from the notification bar, or installing an app, or going into airplane mode.. but now it's completely stuck on the boot animation. I let it try for 10 minutes once, no luck. Also tried sans SD card and sim card. Is there anything I can do to revive the ROM or do I need to wipe it?
