eye__dea,

Thought I'd reference my latest and recent install of Eclipse ICS build for the Bionic and how their setup provided the Gmail account creation that your latest Blurry_Maxx build was missing and had to be fixed manually on my Bionic. Here's what I got on Eclipse installation in Slot #3 for your reference that doesn't appear when I do the installation or did it last week.

Not sure if I'm the only one who did not get this screen on Blurry_Maxx, but figured you'd want to know. Sorli...

PS - also just in case you are curious, I'm having problems with Blurry_Maxx and need to find some apps that watch processes and see what is locking up my present configuration. Got something in there that has slowed things down significantly and have been switching back and forth between Blurry_Maxx, Wizzed_Bean CN4 (works fine, but no Bluetooth), and Eclipse ICS 1.2.1 (just older, stable, but less polished).

The gmail can be setup by opening gmail, play store, or talk apps.
A good app is system panel.

I am having some serious lag issues on this rom all of the sudden. I am on blurry_maxx. My phone just froze entering the messaging app. It lags and hangs on opening apps all the time lately. Havent installed or changed anything.

That's extremely odd. I have been running this longer than anyone and never experience any lag...ever! On a side note, I do reboot at least once a day and wipe cache and dalvik periodically. Besides that, I am constantly flashing new stuff on top of this ROM. So..my suggestion would be for you to do a few wipes or reinstall the ROM entirely.

I guess CamoCustom and I are in the same boat and wonder if he has 4 Google (Apps and Gmail) accounts also on his phone syncing and updating regularly. I use my Gmail account for most communication with Google Talk only occasionally use SMS, but my phone has also been sluggish and I got rid of everything locking on my read and write processes (like Google Music).

I'm also running Eclipse ICS and not having these problems...not sure how wiping and starting over will help? Please also note, these are not complaints....Blurry Maxx has been pretty darn excellent build wise and I'm just giving my two cents. Sorli...

To start:
Wipe cache and dalvik
Set GPU rendering in Dev settings
Set 0.5 window animations in Dev settings
If using Nova, turn settings to fast

New app-: there is a new app called seeder that we are possibly going to add to a new build (we still need to do more testing, but it something to look into)...read about it here:

I installed the seeker apk earlier today. Currently on cm9. Gonna see how battery does. I'll install on your rom and cm9 for HP Touchpad tomorrow and see what happens.

Running all day with seeker apk. Had to uninstall on cm9. Phone heated up and battery tanked. None of that today. SwiftKey Flow is laggy. Hard to tell if a major improvement. Touchpad definitely benefitted from it.
