Has the Apps to SD been fixed?

No. Unfortunately, due the ROM's base this will never be fixed. Unless someone can fix it that has more knowledge than me.

Gtalk installs fine (Blurry version and otherwise), but my installation and accounts are stuck OFFLINE and when you try to switch any Google account to Available gtalk locks and then crashes. Not sure what's up...but then one thing I haven't tried manually changing the SQL switch from off to on. I've purged the default settings, deleted the accounts, and added new accounts (which crashes gtalk with additions). Sorli...

Very odd. Never seen this on any of the release or test builds. Are you trying to add the app / data with Titanium backup? If so, I would not recommend it.

Thanks and still have no clue on the GTalk. Tried every suggestion offered previously and even went one step further with the 2.5 update, purging everything, manually deleting the original Talk.apk, and installing your fixes before rebooting and rebuilding the newer 2.5 setup.

May be related to my ICS Google Apps download and plan to try the latest (even with White background interfaces) and see if that helps. Sorli...

PS - almost forgot and I'm guessing my problem may related to my .246 Safe build and installation. If there is something wrong with your Safeslot, how does that effect Blurry 1.4 and now 2.5?

Also, what is the ICS Google Apps download your referring to?

No actually and I've only used TB to try and fix my problem after other options have failed. Doesn't really make much since to me since if my .246 is clean/new, Blurry 1.4 was clean installed in Slot1, and then Blurry 2.0 was also clean installed in Slot1...my problem should go away unless it relates to leftovers from my .246 install stored and saved is Safeslot and something setting wise brought in during Slot1 install. Though I don't think this is possible since Slot1 and 2 only use the core interface functions provided in the original .246 build and nothing else is migrated (correct?).

Very odd. Never seen this on any of the release or test builds. Are you trying to add the app / data with Titanium backup? If so, I would not recommend it.

Oh maybe that is it and I had a Google Apps (gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip) in my blurry folder and installed it on-top of you install. I just checked your OP feed and noticed you didn't provide that and it was probably a leftover from previous attempts to get things up and running and working.

I'll delete that and format and try again. Suspect this time it will work and thanks for the reference to my mistake. Sorli...

That's it sorli. No need to install gapps on a blur based ROM. I bet if u wipe all and reinstall blurry 2.5, then delete talk app and go back and add inverted talk( if you want inverted talk.) you'll be good. Only need gapps for the jb ROMs by the way.

I did not know that...only need gapps on JB and never on Blur roms. Wow, you do learn something every day...how cool and such a noob!

Rebuilding now and anyone have suggestions on setting that optimize 2.5 for performance and batter? Sorli...

I think the DEV has already taken care of both things!! I installed 2.5 this morning and what I've noticed so far is that the battery life is much better and it will even charge off the USB connection to the laptop which 1.4 would not do. Thanks DEV.

Thanks for the suggestions and I think my phone is cursed and Google Talk was still a no go and this time I did not install Google Apps.

I guess I could have a bad gtalk (Inverted Gtalk) download and provided in the OP, and I plan to try wiping Slot1 again and this time bypass using the inverted gtalk inverted (done). I also noticed the message that initial states Don't add Gmail accounts now and this option will be provided later (which by the way didn't happen). So I used the Verizon My Account setup and manually added Gmail through this interface instead of Google's account setup interface. This worked and I now have gtalk working.

May try adding gtalk inverted with a fresh download now that my settings are up and running, but for now I'll leave it as is since its working again! Thanks Sorli...

Did you make sure this install of TB was pointed to where your backup was? Example..I have mine backed up to my ext-SD and each installed rom uses INT-SD so it would look in INT-SD by default. Make sense?

I notice that on install and changed it to where my backup was. Upon restore, it restored half my apps, then froze. So I rebooted and now it keeps freezing.

Everytime I try to change anything while TB is running it freezes. My thought would be a bad backup or possibly not enough room on that Rom slot. Is the backup from another slot? Maybe delete the backup and try again.

Sounds like your sdcard is running out of space. How many ROM slots do you have?
Where you at in SD? I am originally from SD too.

Haha....silly me. No kidding? I'm from Vermillion, SD. Just about to flash 2.5, thanks a lot man!

Auto-sync your TiBu settings.
Make sure you have enough space on your sd card.
