I would suggest following
thread so you can unlock the bootloader along the way. Even if you don't think you want to right now, if you update all the way, you won't have the option later. Just be sure to go to the Razr M thread he links to for the firmware. You don't want to flash the wrong device.

I'm unlocked. I just need the download. I'm migrating from CM-11 JBBL to CM11 KKBL. But wanted to try the new stock rom in the transition.

I think I figured it out. The latest KK is really a patch to fix the old KK so I RSD the old one and then let it upgrade. No to root and restore and see how I like it before going to CM11.

...or you can just use the link Kaos posted and have it done in about 5 minutes.

I appreciate your help. I didn't fool around with stock KK long and then just went back to CM11 KKBL. After swapping out the right TWRP I did a restore of the backup I made with the JB loader, and then I flashed the KK ROM and it worked. It was just like the JB but now have the KK bootloader.
Not sure if I accomplished anything or not. I'm just guessing that there's more stuff happening on the KK side of the fence. But I might be dead wrong.
