How does one hide the folder icons in Apex Launcher (I have the pro version) like in the screen shots in Andlaw's first post? I cant seem to find a setting in Apex for that. I have been able to do that in Holo Launcher. Kind of like the idea of hiding the icons and just showing the text.

*Ignore this... dont use the new version of astro when trying to find png files in Apex. Wasnt showing up in the system/media folder in Astro. Used Root Explorer and they all showed up.*

I dont know if you have checked this but there is an option in System Settings -> Wi-Fi -> Advanced that you may want to check and see if it is unchecked. Its called Avoid Poor Connections. Make sure it is disabled. I have to keep that disabled in my house because my equipment and plaster walls interfere with the Wi-Fi around my desk. It allows me to connect with low signal strength and stay connected.

Idk if it was the update or not but mine was doing this on 2.0 but on 2.1 it connects fine.

I believe in order to hide apps you go to Apex settings -> drawer settings -> hidden apps.

Yeah. I like the Icons that I finally found (damn astro and their changes, cant view pics out of the SD card for some reason) in the system/media folder that Andlaw put in the rom. Going to have to try out simple text to make an Appstores icon to replace the Play that is in the media folder (I use Amazon and Play plus I like sticking it to Apple in any way possible.)

BWicons (black edition) is getting a facelift. I found some new effects in photoshop and im trying it out. they will also be included in the next rom updates, as well as the updated Gapps (blacked out). Whos ready!?

heh, same here same here. 214 BW and BW AOKP JB v2.1.

Screenshot is the same in Jellybean as it was ICS. Press and hold, Power +volume(down). ~2 seconds..

I didnt even know how it do it in ics ha ha...thank you sir for the speedy response...... also im thinking of getting the maxx hd instead of paying my light bill ha ha would i have a problem running your rom on that??

no prob.

The MAXX can run any rom the OG can. since the only difference is the battery between the 2 devices. With the M, HD and HD MAXX.. im more than sure it will come with a different system version so the answer is probably more than likely, No. it wont work.

Still running BW 2.0 for now, attempted updating to 2.1 Aokp, updated safestrap to 3.04, confused myself thoroughly for some minutes until I checked the SS thread just now lol.
It's a huge change from 2.11. Grabbed 3.05 and am ready to rock again...

Anywho...love those new icons andlaw, looking great man .

I own dorid razr xt910 gsm and i tried to flash BWAOKP JB
IT GOT STUCK ON THE INSTALLTION SCREEN, SAYING STATUS 7 ERROR.
im ran miui, ics 4.0.4
What can i do in order to make this awesome rom work?!?!
please help
