Here's my battery life after a couple days... OG RAZR.

This is with FOUR HOURS of screen on time! I was pretty much trying to kill this phone, since work was so damn slow today!

I definitely miss the battery life I had with my MAXX, though

nice! not bad for having 4 hours screen time On. the Maxx is pretty great though, my charger has been getting lonely at nights!! lol

Yeah I'm not too worried about it, since it lasts through the work day at the very least.

You should send me that charger, my phone will keep it company lol.

I did have a question, this is the first time I've ever used CPU Sleeper. How do I know if it's actually working? I followed the instructions in the OP. I figured that when I power the screen back on, I'd see "CPU Sleeper has been granted SU Permission" or something. But I haven't seen anything indicating it's working.

it wont show any popups. other than the initial startup after u first boot up. but as long as you checked the box and clicked on the start up 2x then it is working.

Thanks again for the ROM, man. I've had zero issues, awesome data connectivity, and some solid benchmark/quadrant scores.

Not that you want another app (who does?), but if you want a way to check it out, SystemPanelLite (free/no ads on Play Store) shows both CPUs. Under normal, light workload, CPU #2 will be grayed out (asleep). Under heavier load, it will come on and you'll see it light up. Just FYI....

hmm that's weird, what were you doing when it happened? and if it was happening on the other ROM, do you use tibu to restore app+data ?

I haven't had any reboot issues with BW ICS, except when I overlaid a different BW theme, there "seemed" to be a compatibility issue when I OC'd (for all I know it could have been a bad permission or an older init file got reinstalled and I missed it). I never tracked it down, just reflashed BW and all was good.

I don't think my flashing skills are significantly better than anyone else's, but frankly I had more issues with reboots and misbehaviors on GB. Especially when compared to BW, which andlaw has obviously scrutinized line by line each time he's built it. Sorry for sounding like an ad, but the attention to detail, and responsiveness that is nearly constant, shows. (Same for our other developers here, too).

aight guys, later today i plan on doing another Aokp update. it will include the updated jb gapps, and i managed to black out the phone dialer, not sure how i missed the 1 image but i went through phone and contacts until i got it. so that too will be in the update. right now i am debating on changing the primary/ secondary text color in mms and talk. if i do, ur text will be an offset white and their text will be straight white, instead of white/ics blue. also, i am still trying to fully black out the notification panel but there is a lot of images that are different within the framework and systemui.. hopefully sooner or later i will get them all. but ya, update later, might end up being thursday for some of you with the time difference. k

Andlaw, im having issues with the hard keys. when on the homescreen if i press the settings key it takes me to google now. pressing the home key brings up recent apps. major lag when doing so. seems to occur after waking the phone from being idle. only thing that i did recently was enable cpu sleeper. rebooted and this is happening.changed my cpu settings from interactive to hotplug to see if it is an issue with the governor. (AOKP)

i have to mention this has been happening for a while. on both AOKP and CM10. im an admitted crackflasher, and it only happened on both your (JB) ROMs. changing the governor from interactive to hotplug seems to have stopped this issue from happening each time. i suppose i will check it to set on boot and see if it fixes this. ive never had much luck with interactive but YMMV

sorry ive only had one cup of coffee this morning . shouldnt have been a spam link, i just copied your name from your previous post as i didnt have the mental capacity to remember how to spell it.

seems to be CPU Sleeper and google now are not getting along. changing the governor from interactive to hotplug seems to fix this issue, or disabling Google Now fixes the issue... then again ive never used interactive until these two ROMs (AOKP & CM10) so it may just be my phone and that governor.

i always run Aokp. but the dialer in both cm and aokp were dark, but not completely blacked out if you look at it closely. it has a weird blue/black striped pattern, but now i have it a flat solid black. like it is in all my other roms.

Just flashed your CM10 this afternoon, and I gotta say I'm diggin it for sure...I mean, I have a definite preference for AOKP over CM, but at the moment JB AOKP for the RAZR/ Maxx isn't ready, lol...on cm, I am not having the MMS issue at all, and I can't be sure until I have time to thoroughly test this, but I think cm is giving me better battery life...

**EDIT** OK, MMS has stopped working...back to GO SMS
