Oh I'm sure it is and not really debating that. Its that fact that so many people are going in their and crying because they aren't getting one hit kills and all that, even against other comparable levels. I mean the way I see it, if everyone has similar weapons and all that at the same ranks, wouldn't those buffs even each other out to an extent? Everyone is trying to go in with the best of the best, it to me makes it a even playing field for those higher levels. As far as the lower levels handing people their ass, skill is involved too.

Exactly.  One hit kills shouldn't be a "normal thing".  I don't whine that I'm not able to do it most of the time.  I've been able to once in a while, but, every kill should not be one hit. I honestly suck at crucible, so, I don't complain about it.  Some of the IB complaints are very valid though.  People dropping cause they're on a losing team is BS.  The quick fix to that is to not allow them to join another one until the match they were in has ended.  Then people who get legit dropped aren't penalized too much and those who are doing it because they know they'll get no points for being on a losing team have to suffer anyway.  I did IB for a night and went back to strikes.  I'm not good enough for it and don't want to drag a team down.

I did decent with the few matches that I tried. I didn't realize that a loss gets you nothing in rep though lol. If there were incentives for even a loss, people may hang in there. But when you get nothing, I can somewhat understand leaving if you are getting demolished.

I think your penalty idea is spot on with what should happen. I feel the Strikes should be handled in a similar fashion. Too many people bug out before strikes even start.

Finally made it to level 28.  I now have all legendary/exotic gear. My exotic gauntlets are maxed out.  My helmet needs some upgrades unlocked still.  My chest and leg armor needs the unlocked upgrades utilized.  I got a legendary scout rifle, sniper rifle, dual rocket launcher with FIREEEEEE (LOL).  I'm about to hit vanguard level 3 which will enable me to buy legendary weapons finally. I also got an exotic bounty for a fusion rifle that should seriously kick some ass.

I really want a good legendary or exotic rocket launcher. I've got a exotic and legendary machine gun, but the rocket launcher would be nice in some situations.

Ya know, seems like the legendary weapons tend to be better than that exotics. I use my legendary machine a lot more that the exotic.

My RARE autorifle was more useful than my bad juju exotic pulse rifle.  And my new legendary scout rifle is WAY more useful.  I'll have a legendary autorifle at some point this week.

Maybe.  All I know is we gotta get the boy up to 28, as well.  Then find 3 more and a whole day to spend on VoG.  It will take us several hours.

I'm working on upgrading my stuff for a VoG run. Luckily there seem to be a ton of people on Xbox One willing to grab randoms to run raids and guide them through it.

Same on PS4 so we should be ok.  But the boy is still only level 25 because he's not allowed to play during the week right now.  If we can get him up to 27 we could at least carry him.  Lower than that and we'll find it to be too challenging.
