My Razr is Jan 31, 2012 8:12 AM On FedEx vehicle for delivery MONTGOMERY, AL.... Omg I'm so freakin excited. Switched from Virgin Mobile and the Triumph back to Vzw on my families plan. Why pay 45/month when I can pay 30/month and actually enjoy my data plan/have a dual-core phone with great features?? Can't wait to root and flash your ROM.
We are all very happy for you. Please keep us posted.

You have to wipe everything before you flash the ROM as the OP states.

DT, with the whole 'can't add the update apks to the v1 ROM zip b/c of the signature' issue: could I just re-sign the zip after I do it? Is signing the zip as easy as following generic 'android sign a zip' directions I can find on Google or is there something special moto-related you have to do?
It is a Moto thing. Certain apks with certain resources, depending on the edits just plain will not work.
The updates are easier, smaller and less evasive. What is the issue you have with them? Lol. This is the same reason why full wipes are required on some updates. Now that can be eliminated and there is a problem with it?

Link does not work...file not found on the site.I just wanted to share this launcher I found on the market the other day. Its still in beta but provides a great ics look. It looks like its in Chinese but when you install it its in English. Kinda bites a lot from go launcher but have some other features. Found out if you are running go locker when you change home apps it still works I dunno something different. Amazing rom btw I LOVE IT! 360 Launcher,
