Not used to seeing you over here yet! Haha. Transparency is hard to pull off..especially a blue menu with blue text..just putting it out there! At least you have a larger canvas than the Bionic.

Lol, well i tried to keep the blue text to a minimum. It is set up so the blue menu is only on light aokp, and if someone wants that changed, that would be a snap thanks to an awesome tutorial someone made about messing with 9s

this is really good for me, because twrp 2.5 runs flawless, and I didnt feel like messing around upgrading the recovery to try out a rom

Des_Troy has a beta TWRP version 2.6.3.0 that supports the new SELinux codes. How were you able to get an older version to work? I was going to update the recovey and test run the new official CM11 Monday or Tuesday.
Official...hmm, i dont think thats the one i have. When i get home tonight, i can play with the updater script on that one so you wont have to update your recovery (even though it will be inevitable down the road) right now

If it's going to be inevitable I might as well update to the newest one. Flashing the new image in fastboot isn't that hard and I'll have all day Monday and Tuesday to do it.

sooo...would you like just the updater script to run the newest official cm11, or the whole rom?

the newest official twrp still does not work with kk. however, this test version of twrp does...i have renamed it already to save you that step once you go to install it, but it is not 2.6.3:

Is that the beta version for the DNA Des_Troy put out or one you modified? Either way thanks for the link. I was going to play around tomorrow installing CM11.

crpalmer made a custom kernel for it, too. i will play with that tonight and let you know how it goes. knowing him, though, i am sure it is flawless

I'm almost ready to flash the new TWRP to my DNA. Only thing holding me back is the amount of alcohol I've consumed.

Pfffft!!! I threw caution to the wind and flashed the beta TWRP. Flashed without issues, booyah. Wiped phone, installed CM11, KK Gapps and crpalmers kernel and my phone is booting up with a little chocolaty goodness.. SCORE!!!!!!!
