DNA Moot: Sense 5 coming to the DNA this summer!!  :ph34r:

 

Although I've been running it for a few months now. For those on stock it's faster, lighter and tweaked a bit from the Sense 4+ you have now. Also adds blinkfeed which is a love it or hate it type of thing. I like it better than I expected to although Nova gets you easily back to your normal homescreen environment.

DNA Moot... There has been an explosion of AOSP Roms over on XDA. I have yet to try one but I'm thinking of giving carbon a go. It just dropped today.

I need to either JTAG mine or if moonshine shows up in the next day or two. Son's graduation is this Friday and I have no time for anything.....ahhhh!

DNA Moot... There has been an explosion of AOSP Roms over on XDA. I have yet to try one but I'm thinking of giving carbon a go. It just dropped today.

I'll wait till they are fully working.  I loved liquid smooth for my bionic.  Im happy with stock or maybe Viper till the AOSP roms are fully developed.

From the sounds of it, the reason it was taking so long is they were trying to automate it a bit as well.  Did you ever do the Bionic one?

I did not realize how delicate the DNA screen was.  I scratched mine with my fingernail !

I did not realize how delicate the DNA screen was.  I scratched mine with my fingernail !

 

Seriously?? No way. Had to be something else. I have a small scratch on mine by the back button from my Carbide wedding ring from taking it out of my pocket. Happened 1st week. Switched it around and nothing since.

It's Gorilla Glass 2 on this thing, so it HAD to be something else that scratched it.  Or you somehow managed to get ahold of a bum sheet of GG2.

 

Or did you somehow scratch the oleophobic coating?  It seems to have one, as it's very fingerprint resistant; but that stuff is more like that silicone spray for shoes.  It wears off eventually.
