maybe but this is a discussion about the leak and how to get it so at least people can see this and know what to do rather than having to try and find it in the GSM section

Agreed, I was wondering why a GSM thread is in the CDMA section. I would move it myself but since Matt made the thread I will let him do with it what he wants.

That's something I do know!

Press the volume up and volume down buttons together and then you'll get to the next stage.

I wonder what this means for CDMA, seeing as we still haven't seen an OTA of 2.3.6 (not to mention 2.3.7). Any thoughts?

Not sure but this comes from, but its leaked so we can maybe assume cheesecake...

i was so damn exited when i saw this post but this doesnt work :s no matter what i try, i cant get "c:" whiped to normal :s so i get error every f**king tme. and at first ppl say gsm version, but now ur talkng about its cdma version. so thanks for making me reset my phone over and over again.

Did the BL version update at all?

Wondering the same thing... I talked to a tech at Moto and he said that they are testing it now in the US and should be out soon. When asked about the bootloader, he said that from what he's heard it will make it unlockable. Might've just been trying to get me off the phone but regardless at least I wasn't ignored...

Sooo... any news yet on the BL version anyone?

You removed something they didn't want you to from the system. Fastboot and upgrade incrementally doing nothing in the middle other than rooting and installing/running OTA Rootkeeper.

i can do ota upgrades at any time. but not this one. but nvm. if none of the geeks with the ics will help, then ill just w8 for official launch. at least that works without any crappy whipes and so on.
