I decided I wanted to learn unlock/root my XT926, which I did. My primary phone uses a nano sim. I use a sim card converter tray allow me to more use this phone which is a micro sim. However, I left an empty nano/micro sim card converter tray in the slot and destroyed the sim pins upon removal. Sooo, I need to return the device to Moto for a replacement.
Please help me use the simplest method to return the device to stock.
I am sorry to be nervous now but I dont destroy the phone any further.
