It's the first time i post topic here, nice 2 meet u..

PLEASE BE CAREFUL, I HAVEN'T TRIED THIS SYSTEM BEFORE, ALL THESE INFORMATION ARE FROM MIUI OFFICIAL WEBSITE. I DON'T RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISTAKES AND/OR DAMAGES MAY CAUSED. THIS GUIDE IS FOR 4.0 SYSTEM AND ABOVE ONLY

All the Rom and tools are from MIUI official website.

1. prepare a MicroSD/TF card with more than 2G space.
2. unzip the tool razr_tools_20121017.zip to ur computer desktop.
3. copy the latest MIUI ROM to your external TF card, boot dir.
4. copy the razr_4.04_europe_ota.zip in razr_4.04_europe_ota.zip into your external TF card, boot dir. (not necessary if your zazr is already 4.0 system)
5. install the drivers for your computer (the driver is in the Tools pack)
6. set the USB connection on your phone as follows.

7. Run the root.bat(in the tools pack\Razr4.0.4ROOT\)
your phone may restart several times, don't worry, just wait til it finish.

8. Run the Razr Bootstraper, choose Bootstrap Recovery. then choose ALLOW when notice shows.
then choose Reboot Recovery, reboot razr as recovery mode.



9. Run the following steps.. (Vol button to choose, Power button to confirm)
wipe data/factory reset——Yes——delete all user data.
wipe cache partition——Yes-Wipe Cache.
then wait til it finish.


10.install zip from sdcard.
choose zip from sdcard.
miui__Razr_2.X.X_gdiqrbqkgr_4.0.zip
Yes-install miui XXXXX.




when the installation finish, remain recovery screen, go to the next step.

11. Run the flash_boot.bat in tools pack\flash_boot\
wait til it finish, restart to MIUI system.

12. Enjoy the new system.

Thank god that I have found a useful CDMA 3G patch, I have already tested, IT'S WORKING!! AND PERFORMING WELL!!

I've given up hope that MIUI works on the Razr. I've tried a few ports that have all ended badly.

Finally I have found a CDMA 3G patch for MIUI 2.11.9, but i don't know how to upload attachments here.. The size is about 15M..
I have tested this CDMA 3G patch on my phone, It's working and performing well.

The patch mentioned in the op edit is the same patch others have tried found on xda. So far nobody has had success.

Nope... Not unless Moto randomly unlocks your bootloader. Sorry man but this dead horse has been beat too many times. Safe to say it's not gonna happen
