Ya, I also started a new slot with 1.2.1. Tested camera OK, rebooted and installed venom and cleared data on gallery/camera, still having issues with video camera.

Ya, I use widget locker which allows widgets on the lockscreen.

I too had the video camera issue when installing this. Tried wiping cache and data for camera, but same thing happens. Still great work on the Theme, looks pretty good. Though there may be too much red in with the icons. Just my opinion.

Not sure why the video camera part is crashing but...camera ICS works just fine with video and has been what I use (or camera FX) for a while over using the stock camera

After messing with the JB ROMs I discovered many other cameras that I had never heard of. Strange how some code plays nice while others don't

Although I am no where near your level of tweaking, as I was making stuff for some Icarus themes, I made some dialer icons and a few dozen others. Decided to try some in red to see how they'd look in Venom..

For anyone wanting the gloss black and red dialers , here is a link to them. It's my dropbox and I don't know how many hits it can take .I put the original dialer background back in to the phone. apk because mine didn't look right on it.
