i am glad it's good and working for you now... we are working on updating the fastboot files for this utility (thanx to EmericanX and Matt) so hopefully we will have more success with the upcoming update for this utilityYeah, I followed the directions you posted for another utility, and it ran, but I got the error boot loop. I swear I was using the updated script (although stranger things have happened) lol. Either that or I botched the directory somewhere. Once I got that though, I couldn't use the windows utility on my buddies pc. Wouldn't recognize fastboot. So I just had to edit the XML file and SBF via RSD Lite. Wasn't too bad although it took me a minute to get th XML edited right. (Rookie mistake). But all good now, thanks for your help with everything guys. Maybe I'll figure it out so I can fix my dumb*** mistakes at home now

Ok... im working with the updated fastboot files.... i am going to try to have the utility and the script updated and uploaded by this evening..... troubleshooting this utility is proving to be a little difficult for me since i still don't have my HD yet.....and of course my emulator is absolutely not cooperating with me.....The windows machine is 32-bit xp, the mac is 64-bit OSX 10.8.2

Just to make sure we're on the same page, I downloaded the fastboot.exe and AdbWinApi.dll from here and dropped them in the HD directory for the command line and I get the failure

FWIW, I figured out the problem. On windows, I had to actually change the command to use fastboot.exe instead of moto-fastboot.exe Changed and now it's back up and running!

Very good.... i forgot to add that in my earlier post.... very glad you got it.... i hate thinking that someone is running around with a half programmed phone.....FWIW, I figured out the problem. On windows, I had to actually change the command to use fastboot.exe instead of moto-fastboot.exe Changed and now it's back up and running!
Edit.... insteading of changing all the moto-fastboot commands in the .bat file one could change the filename to moto-fastboot.... it would take WAY less time just a suggestion...
