That should work...there was only a small maintenance OTA that needs to be taken after going back to stock

It seems like a problem with the leak. I had the same issue. Try holding vol - & + for up to a minute while at the Android with triangle exclamation. Mine went through after about a minute

Weird--mine goes directly to the white-type "fastboot" menu--no Andy. I get an extra second or two to make a selection v. the micro second on stock ICS.

Once you're in the white, fastboot menu...volume down to "recovery" and volume up to select. Then you will see the. Android guy with a triangle exclamation...

Your recovery partition has a non stock mime in it . Meaning u had bootstrap/safe strap installed. Edit the file and try again or fastboot back.

Which file do we edit..I'm having the issue too

When I tried to install this leash I got this error

Any one have any ideas? I have the latest OTA update. Now I did install the JB update once before but didn't like it so I fastbooted back to ICS & reinstalled the OTA update. So I don't have a clue. I want to be able run the new JB theme.

Did anyone give you a fix for this issue ?

Just fastboot back with Matt's util, take the OTA update, and then install JB. Done.

and what about root? I mean, before flashing JB, do we need root or do we flash with a complete stock and then root JB directly?Oh and one very important question.. I have XT912, GSM...will this work?

If you have a GSM device then its XT910 and no this with not work on your device this is for XT926 Razr HD/HD MAXX.

And this leads me to believe you have the XT910
