Searched through the forum and not sure if this has been answered, but is there a way to turn off the camera shutter sound?

I would also like to shut off the shutter noise or turn it down or something. It's raping my ears. Anybody?

google enforcedstreamsilencer.apk I used to use that.
A lot of cameras have a "turn of shutter sound" option, if you drill down the menus. Not all do, though.

Go to system/media/audio/ui and delete the camera audio file. Sorry don't remember exact name since mine was deleted but it's obvious.

What I do is use the notification toggle to mute the phone when I open the camera.

Finally loaded Eclipse on slot 2 a couple of days ago and noticed this then but just dismissed it. Tonight I decided to set Eclipse up..I was at 99% battery while on Icarus..I just had pulled off charger and as soon as I started on Eclipse ( before I restored and removed email and messaging, I was at 85%. SS also showed my power at 99%. Any ideas? Yes I cleared cache, Dalvic prior to starting after flashing ROM and some zips.

If I recall correctly, choose mount. Check data. Go back, choose advanced. Choose file manager. Choose data, select system. Select battery stats.bin, choose delete. Back out to main menu, select mount, unmount data.

Yep. Just flash it every time you want to reset your battery stats.

Figured I'd give this ROM a try..love the theme except for the dialer...but it does go well with the overall look.

Couldn't resist the urge to post some screens...

I do like what you did with the theme...don't get me wrong...and I'm looking at what you changed so I can make my own theme...if I can wrap my head around a way to visualize an end product when so many pieces are changed with no paint by numbers type layout! Hahahaha
