I am liking this rom, overclocked it, put Nova on, restored everything. runs nice. Got Wifi tether working.
I have been a blur based rom fan, but this rom has customizations up the wazoo, so I'll play.

Question:
where are all the alarms, ringtones, sounds?

it has just 2 notification tones.

I found my personal ringtone directory and copied that so that is restored.
but where is everything else?

edit. all the directories of my backups, files, etc are a mess. sdcard is now sdcard0, sd-ext is sdcard1, or some sh*t like that. Bummer.
Is there a quick fix for all this?

unfortunately no with all hash and dhacker builds the primary storage is the external SD changing your directories to /storage/sdcard1 and /storage/sdcard0

Thought I had all the ringtones in there, it's possible I forgot about them so I'll double check it. Anyone else having this issue? And the SD card directories is due to ss3 I believe. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It would be a great idea to update to ICS first. There is a full fxz out for it. Are you familiar with rsd lite?

I have used rsd to fxz once, but am not even sure what fxz really is and I'm not very familiar.

where do i get the appropriate ICS leak to then install this ROM?

Stock ICS or 905? Sorry have to ask. If on ICS already look for obsidians thread on forum. It has all of the current links including ss3. Read instructions first time around they are simple. Basically install enjoy after that.

sorry to be ignorant
but i just flashed whatever House of Bionic said to / did flash (fxz full factory reset)
...so if i want this rom (cnadub) what do i do

i should add i have never used safestrap before and have always gotten away with using bootstrap. i presume ss3 is safe strap 3, no?

got everything to install great. i love this ROM.
except.. my contacts wont sync. i have 0 facebook contacts. just got gmail ones to sync, though. i have tried enabling them from every angle, but none work. any help?

Just a suggestion you mite try facebook contact sync from google play I use works great for me...
