Got a galaxy note 3, almost new, working good but the battery seem to be a pain. No apps, no rooted and battery was charged to full but drained by 50% next day morning. Problem could be the battery, OS or phone? If it is battery I probably will get this one after searching.

It's difficult to determine batter life after one day. Have you had better life since your post?
