This ROM is a droidrzr.com exclusive. DO NOT post this ROM on any other site. You can make a link to this thread but do not post the zip file of this ROM to a different forum.

This thing is Tweaked so hard I can't begin to tell you everything that has been done, Fastest strongest Throttle Yet,

A lot of things in this ROM actually have a tendency to slow things down. Gamma/dithering tweaks included for screen quality, dalvik optimizations were chosen for integrity over speed, etc. But this ROM is still the fastest around! Make sure you reboot and wipe dalvik and cache at least once after everything is set up! Then reboot once more. After that try not to wipe anything as it will get faster the longer the caches are used. It will take a few hours to settle in so benches will be slow at first. ENJOY!!!

You must be on ICS KERNEL to Flash this Rom!

Safestrap-ICS any version must be used to flash this ROM!

Install Instructions:

Download ROM and Full Throttle Gapps, and softkeys (if you want them) from links provided below.
Place ROM, Gapps, and softkeys, on your external sdcard
Reboot into recovery
Format System
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache
Flash ROM
Flash Gapps
Reboot
Set up phone
Reboot into recovery
Wipe Cache and Dalvik
If you choose to at this point you can flash Killer Theme - (This initiates zipalign and database defrag)
Reboot

After that is done if you want to use SoftKeys and/or Killer Theme then boot into recovery once again and flash then reboot.

Flash and Enjoy!!!

Hdmi

Do not forget to change the Governor on first Boot, it will run default until you do

hotplugx is recommended for Best performance and battery life

I have been waiting for this one. I loved the first version you put out but the camera flash issue and the MS issue was a no go for me as I tend to use both fairly often. Hoping they are solved in this one... Downloading now and will find out soon. also how is BT in this one? do we still loose all volume if there are no connected devices but BT is still on?

Sorry I am kinda new to this whole hacking phone stuff. I currently have my razr flashed with simplex rom but I am starting to have problems like my phone icon disappeared and weird stuff happens when I browse the web. I reflashed it and some of the issues went away. I downloaded rom toobox and its like some of the features on there don't even work. The only thing I was able to change was my 3g icon, everything else wouldn't change like the signal bar and the battery icon. I'm downloading this rom right now, to flash it! Thank you for your hardwork!

I went into settings and used performance and things looked fine.
On another note, when I signed into google play it didn't show my apps as being purchased, clearing play store cache and data cleared it right up.

I installed the blue theme, very nice looking rom, thank you

OK. I had it after install. After reboot with cache and dalvik wipe it said android is updating updating applications and then they were gone along with a super user permissions error.

I haven't been this excited about a rom since....um...ever. Damn download is taking forever (read: impatient). You guys rock. I'm praying this is the Linaro bad boy we've been hearing about. Thanks guys! I'm so hooked on flashing (read: Full Throttle) that I've bought a website that I'm aiming to help dev's with download space....rom reviews...etc. It's not up yet but it's Androidchicken.com. Just a funny picture I made up for now. I'm working on it in spare time. Hope to one day soon host some Full Throttle roms. Hell, have an entire section devoted to Full Throttle. Thanks again for the hard work!

Also, vtwin, can you recommend a really good Nexus S 4g rom for my friends Nexus I'm flashing for him? I put Slim Bean on it but data stays at 1x and well, can't have that. Pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Try camera effects from Google play store. I use it on another ft rom. Doesn't have panoramic but it works and has flash.
