Switch to Sams House of Moto 2.3 here:
its similar but generates the scripts to be used with fastboot.exe
For you to get to KK correctly you will need to use the Keep Data script which will keep youre data, while flashing the rest of the rom.

Right click on the exe to launch the house of moto program and run it in administrator mode. That should allow it to run thoses processes.

OK forgive the screenshots since they where taken using my Linux side, but the setup should be the same. You are going to need to make sure that it is setup exactly like this with the exception of the version you are trying to restore. As you can tell the last time I used it was messing around with MR2 4.1.2. This is also HOM 2.0 and not the latest so the setup should be about the same. The .bat file is what you will be using in Administrator mode not a .exe file, sorry that is what I get for thinking, I am use to using .sh with Linux. Run the HouseOfMoto.bat in the Administrator mode, and choose KEEP-DATA_xt926 when it ask you in the command prop. You have to make sure that the setup for the HOM is setup exactly how Sam states it or else it will not work. Refer to screenshots below for that.
Good Luck.
Root of the FXZ_xt926 Directory.
The folder named Windows has the adb and fastboot binary for snapdragon devices. That is also needed if you don't have it already. Available for download over on Sams HOM tread.

When you run through admin you will have to select the change device option so it will recognize the xt926 files in use.

I sort of noticed from one of your screen shots....win8 has UAC and other issues that we havent been able to solve simply and consistently.
You may find some suggestions by searching, but like I said not sure of how successful it would be.

If you grab a Linux live CD (Ubuntu or mint are the most common) and boot with it....(you can do it without affecting windows) ..... Then run the house of moto in Linux
