good day!!

first of all, i am new to this forum, and also new to phone modding. i found this forum while searching for a fix in my phone problem.

i have a droid razr hd. it is on running on stock, i havent rooted or unlocked it. it was running on jellybean with no problems at all. problems came when i tried to upgrade it to kitkat, and accidentally the internet connection stopped because of power failure, so the update was cancelled and got messed up when i rebooted the phone and it show this encryption unsuccessful. i already tried to factory reset but still failed on booting past the encryption unsuccessful.i am afraid to try the methods posted in the forum coz im not sure of what to do and damage the phone so came here to ask for an advice how to revive my phone. thanks in advance :)

tried to open fastboot mode and took a screen shot,

..... Since you can get into fastboot you can follow the instructions in that thread and it should fix you right up......:):)

And does your battery still show OK in the fastboot screen like it did on the screen shot?

Basically you want an original Moto OEM cable for a Moto device. It does make a difference generally....

Indeed..... But, most of the time, the drivers included with device manager do not play nice with adb and fastboot.......
