What I did was open the drawable file and opened it in Photoshop and changed the colors. Is that wrong? I didn't touch any html files. If I port it over it seems to work.

depends on what files you changed...if it had a .9.png at the end of it and you changed it in photoshop then thats your issue...those are specially made with stretch lines and you have to remake them that way.

I've been meaning to ask...in my many Google searches I saw where the lock screen and or the main pull down for notifications and quick toggles are could be themed back in GB..
I had tried to change the lock screen play .9 PNG(name?) in framework-res to be solid black instead of semi transparent.. Are those 2 drawables also only editable via smali?

well we are trying to get some sort of update out AND get one out for Razr but this bump in the road has been pissing me off (and im sure JP too) not sure what we are gunna call it but yes we are working valiantly to get you guys something new it is compiling fine and will flash separate from the rom, meaning flash the rom and let it load then flash the new stuff, but for some reason when we put it in the rom and then flash it it wont work...and you actually have to boot the rom first then flash the new stuff cause it wont even boot if you flash them back to back. and im not sure about the black stuff but there might be something telling things to be transparent in the xml's cause there are no smali files in the framework-res.apk. i've seen things like android:Background="?@android:drawable=transparent" or something like that in the xml files but i dont know if it makes a difference when making something a solid color.

Sounds like a few goodies are in store for us!
I skimmed the xmls..styles etc. And started seeing a pattern in the madness but since I'm still trying to figure out what is what, I didn't add any lines or get too crazy.. Yet. You can definitely count me in as a tester when that time comes!

I guess I don't understand either the launcher or the home manager (or both). I can't stand that when I hit the home button I go to the home on the left side. I have 5 home screens. If I hit the home button I want to go to home 3 right smack in the middle of the 5. I can kind of do it with home manager running but I don't want to have to click an icon in the notification area to do it when the home button should suffice.

thats the razr m launcher...its how its made unfortunately...its the only way they could make swipe right be the quick settings

It would be cool if they just used a gesture like maybe a 2 finger swipe to bring it out instead.

How's Bluetooth working on this bad boy? I've got a blueant s4 in my car and couldn't get it work right on blurry...no audio on calls and it activated Google voice when I tried to initiate a call, wouldn't connect to my phone book.

I've run the regular and I'm currently running the stripped version of Icarus HD 1.5 and I connect to my car's Bluetooth system my friends phones laptop tablet and ear piece no issues and get good speed with the connection. I've had 100% compatibility so far with this ROM. So I'd say the ROM Bluetooth software is working as intended.

So maybe it's it the item you have. I hope you figure it out

Oh damn, helps if I read your post carefully. Not all cars will import the phone book. Most cars can't/don't just read the phone book. It either reads it then imports it or nothing. My mind car is a Nissan maxima and her owners manual says there is an ability to do it but it's a general statement and not all Nissan's can import the phone book so I'd advise talking to your dealership to find out if your car has that ability.

Ok I'll see how it works. New wrinkle now, i cant get some of the battery mods to flash(stock toggles no batt or sig and signal no battery). Keep getting cannot open zip error.

are you dling it from your phone? if so, try it from your comp and swap it to your external

Yes, from my phone. Had no problem with the one labeled new battery, the one like the original but with batt number included. Will try dl from comp and see.

I've had problems d/l from my phone a few times as well with mainly Adrive, but its sporadic and not just confined to that host. Someone suggested to just pull up a desktop site window in the browser and try it that way.
