got any larger images because they are hard to see whatever the issue is and it's even harder on my laptop

Damn...I'm not a hunter nor am I a Tide fan...but that is a damn nice set-up! Looking at that bar, it looks like you are trying to make 1 image broken into 3..is that right? I hope I worded that correctly, I just said screw it and made one large image and hoped for the best..even if I have to move the wording 2 or 3 spots to the left because of the Wifi icon. The only thing I've used APKtool for is to decompile the XML and smali files...but since I have yet to change any values, I usually just re-insert changes via 7zip. It's a damned shame if this project can't be fixed!

I'm assuming you are reffering to the blue lines and clock. and i'm guessing you changed possible .pngs in framework, there was about 8 or so that were blue,I looked at the Venom files and couldn't decipher if any XML files were changed from "holo-blue" to red so I am clueless....and suck at reading XML files! You could try and ask Dubsx since he changed everything from Android blue to red if he remembers what needed to be changed

And it is th Bionic version right? I've seen a few who acidently grabbed the wrong one. After you backed up your stock ICS install, what did you do next? I have flashed this rom multiple times as well as a few others with Zero issues .I guess it could be possible something is corrupting the download since you've downloaded it multiple times .Try to grab it from a mirror like Ldubs suggested and see if that works.
