any news if you can bootstrap this rom yet?want to gid rid of stock and use this free up memory
you can use a different rom in bootstrap that you want to use regularly and then make this your slot 1 but i dont know that we are going to be able to make this bootstrap flashable because of the size...we are almost up to the full size of the system partition on bootstrap. 180mb zipped is the average size for bootstrap, can go a little more but not much, ours is almost 300mb zipped. as long as you make slot 1 only 1gb data you should be pretty good on space.

I installed watchdog a few weeks back and "Base Process - Linux System" gets as high as 100% CPU usage even when the phone is idle and I have no idea how to stop this.
Android OS usually takes up about 60% of my battery per charge, which means that my extended battery barely even lasts a day anymore.
The CPU total time under the battery statistics said that this process used 2 hours of my CPU processing time... I'm not even sure if I used my phone for two whole hours that day.
Besides rebooting my phone every time watchdog alerts me that it's running hot, does anyone have any other fixes that they could recommend to me?
It'd be much appreciated!

Community: Here is my problem. I lost the governors and schedulers built into this rom. So, I wiped cache and dalvik and reinstalled. Upon boot, I had nothing but a squiggly, undulating band across the screen. I left the phone alone for fifteen minutes and it never became functional. So, I wiped everything and reinstalling. The phone now seems to be working as intended. Does anyone have any idea what occurred and how to prevent this strangeness? Thanks. (This problem occurred both pre and post installation of Motomizer Expert.)
Wish i knew more about overclocking cause id help you if i did...sry
Not sure if this has been touched upon in previous posts or not though, but Android OS is absolutely killing my battery.

are you running 1.0 or 1.5? if its 1.0 then its because of smart actions and possibly gnow, if 1.5 then its prob gnow but not totally confirmed. here is my explanation on how to remove gnow
"you have to wipe data unfortunately...backup your data using like titanium backup or go backup, then boot into recovery, then wipe data, then install the gnow remover, then wipe cache/dalvic, then reboot, then restore data. for some strange reason it (along with any other gnow remover anyone has made) wont reinstall the orig googlequicksearchbox.apk properly. the app showes up in /system/app folder but not anywhere else. if you do that process it should work but i tried everything to get it working...sorry"
you can also use the battery stats wipe that i made - - just flash.

ill make you a zip with all of them in it
Where would one look to pull a ringtone from another rom? Trying to learn to do simple stuff like that but not sure where to look. Wanna pull the Bell Ringer from Eclipse.
