Ok... I didn't see any one else with this problem so Ill ask.
Why do I have 3 photo galleries? I'm running 1.5 and love it. Its awesome but really dont need 3 galleries. Can I delete 2 of them? they have the same thing in them. what one should I keep?

one is ported over from JB i believe and force closes with you zoom with the pinch ... not sure about the other. then the gallery that has the different icon is the original

I was wondering... unless my screen is on top from using the phone a lot is it normal that the Android OS is always using about 35-45% of my battery?
I actually used my phone quite a lot today and my screen for the 1st time wasn't on top it was OS 35% Screen 27% and Android System is 11% the rest is all under 7%... is this normal? It seems high

I was looking at a friends Sam GS2 and his OS is always like 11%-14%. I am using Icarus HD 1.5 and am running nothing extra other then a few apps like ebay, MX pro, paypal, newegg ups mobile. I'm running stock launcher with the circles widget. We were messing around with the phones a lot today and i will say that when his phone died at 5pm tonight I was still at 37% battery so that was good .

My running processes are Settings, Circles, Favorite Contacts, Google Services, ModemStatServices, DPS Manager, Email and Android Keyboard. That's all that runs normally unless i have a specific app open. I also keep my screen brightness at around 15% since its still fairly bright when at that level indoors.

So, is that what I should see or should the OS be lower?

As widow said one is jb one ICS try changing gallerygoogle.apk to gallerygoogle.apk.bak and reboot. Let me know how it goes

I just disabled them. When you do the jb camera it also does it's gallery.

Woohoo..proof that I'm not a babbling full on idiot! Made a 3rd slot test for Icarus after I 7zip pushed my dialer icons...and it works.. Kinda. A few icons are missing but I could have just not copied them in. This is what the phone booth dialer is starting to look like..

Well I cracked my screen on my Bionic before I got a chance to try out this ROM. My replacement was a Droid RAZR 32GB Standard not MAXX but so far I'm liking it and I currently have no intentions to root it. Sorry I never got to try this out...couldn't believe that my screen cracked from falling on to the asphalt from just hip height but what are you gonna do right? Anyways the ROM looks great and I appreciate all the hard work you guys put into it, now I'm off to look at the RAZR forums. Peace!

Thanks for all the words of encouragement! I decided to open up a thread instead of hijacking this one..but I'm sure I will be back cause...I don't have a clue of what I am doing...and I really like this ROM!

You need to send me your black set so I can put them in this theme I am working on.

They are still a bit rough but PM me your Email and I'll pass them along. I really have only made the main dial buttons for that set so far.

Just being curious here, is there a way of making the Icarus HD launcher that Circles Widget works on a zip or .apk? I grabbed Blackhole rom and was curious about getting Circles on it but since it can't run on any other launcher how about making the launcher a .apk to get circles on that rom.

Unzip the rom and copy the home screen apk file that's what I did on the stock ics when I updated to it. Under system/apps
