By the way my battery is still acting funny, im attempting to completely reinstall everything(reflasing 246, ss3 and the rom, and ill try this method of deleting the batterystats file.)

But i even loaded up the stock rom and the battery refused to show a charge over 50% not sure if my battery in my actual phone is dying or what.

Still Doesnt seem to want to show a charge up to full...even after being on charger for ever...

Ill see if verizon can replace the battery or something.

ive noticed that it takes forever to die at 1% with extended battery no matter what i do so dont worry about that...with bs, ss2 and ss3 also after i fxz'd to 246. not a big deal...PITA though

They won't care, you could use your stock slot if you want. I think a battery swap at this point would be a good idea.

After phone shuts itself off, have you tried letting it charge all night while its off? U may try that tonight before you go into Verizon. But I agree, extended battery is the way to go.

No i havnt although it is charging right now while the phone is off. I turned it on when it was 20% and it still wouldnt charge while phone was on, just kept draining....

Not sure what the problem is.

Hey, what's the best alternative to the "Homescreen" app?

In my opinion nova prime launcher is the best third party launcher. Apex is good too. You won't be able to use razr m circles widget on it though. But one more clock in play store has a circles theme which works well for third party launchers.

I use ADW Launcher EX (Make sure it says Ex)and it works wonders... super smooth butter feeling . I've used it on all of my ROMs since eclipse 2 for bionic. Very slight lag when going to app drawer but that's because of the smartassv2 governor. If I use stock governors its ridiculously smooth..

It also doesn't carry too much clutter like some launchers.. the only con is it WAS an abandoned app but the developer just released a new version with even more features.

I've also had very little force closes and.no problem with battery life. I highly recommend it.

I was a go launcher ex guy but switched to Nova. Never caught the Apex bug.
I backup Nova settings and when flashing Roms, after titanium restore, I load nova, restore settings and I'm good to go.

Yup the paid one.... Its a brilliant launcher with lots of features.. I have only found a couple others that are so smooth..

I'm excited the developer has decided to update the app again!

ADW FTW

ok, I'm trying Apex first, but now, when I reboot, it is switching to the old homescreen even if I set Apex as the default. Should I just delete homescreen?

Clear defaults for apex and press home key. Then check to always use this launcher. Than choose apex
