I use it to force apps to NOT rotate. There are plenty of times when I want this to happen.

I also asked about having contact pictures in the notification window. In another ICS rom I used, contact pictures would appear in the notification when receiving a text message. This does not happen in your rom. Any way to turn this on? I thought it was a stock ICS feature. Thanks again for the awesome rom and the great support.

I actually do not have a working stock side at the moment. I didn't realize I needed to be on the safe side before I upgraded SafeStrap and it messed up stock. I believe I need to go all the way back to gingerbread to fix it and I'm just too lazy to do so since your ROM is working great.

ok ill look on my stock side...dont try to go back to gb if you upgraded to 246 already you will brick badly. its a different security then 232 and below so you can never go back to gb. all you have to do is use samuriHL's House of Bionic. read all the directions though

We switched to Aopllo in the update that will be comming out.

Is this the one on xda? went and got it, checking it out now. (no online like play music)

It keeps coming up with "has stopped working" i flashed from the .232 to this current one, but its acting really lamesauce.

I tried reflashing like a million times.

any help?

Also, another thing I noticed is that there isn't the stock ICS email app on this rom. I personally use it for my school email (exchange) and it's push email feature is just glorious.

Unless it's hidden somewhere, I can't seem to find it...

If it isn't too much to ask, could you possibly make the email app a flashable zip as well?

the 3.0.5 from the main website.

i actually had this rom working on .232 but i realized it said it was for the new one so i updated to that, and now i cant get safestrap to work

I dont have the stock rom anymore because it was gingerbread, i was using .232 ICS update, upgraded this this new one 24x something, and yeah safestrap just refuses to load.

On the first page of this thread there are several zips for things we didnt put in that some people wanted...email is one of them.

I dont have the stock rom anymore because it was gingerbread, i was using .232 ICS update, upgraded this this new one 24x something, and yeah safestrap just refuses to load.

He means when you uninstalled the first ss you had on there did you do it from the unsafe side or from one of your roms?

This ROM is brilliant! Well done, love the stock look with tweaks where they are needed! I fxz'd to .246 installed safestrap 3.05 and installed this ROM in ROM slot 1 and everything went flawlessly! Very smooth with remarkable battery life... I'm a data heavy user and I was still able to achieve 24 hours on a single charge using the smartassv2 gov. (Extended Battery) 3 hours of screen on time and about 50% 3g and 50%4g..Couldn't ask for much more.. except more and more customization, such as status bar, clock ect.

Also I've got an idea ..since jelly bean is out.. why include the font from jelly bean in this ROM to add some extra polish on this already beautiful ROM.. here are some screen shots to compare...jb font is slimmer than ICS which I believe is easier to read and looks better... whatcha think?

Looking forward to the new version I will be flashing right away!

I never uninstalled it, i just installed the new one over it...after wiping the data...

did i do something wrong?

yeah you need to be on the unsafe side to uninstall ss before you can reinstall ss
