My gallery is gone. So is my pictures. I found the f flashable aosp gallery, didn't work. I tried to restore my backup, still no good. Thoughts?

I got sick of trying to fix the gallery problem. It have Mr an excuse to install the Quick Pic app, which is actually a very nice replacement for gallery.

Personally I use Quick pic myself...I also use a combination of camera ICS and Camera FX...I don't use many of the "stock" apps..use Enhanced email and Handcent. I like being able to customize things more than what stock allows without having to edit a bunch of stuff.

I have used all of those at times. I really love the blur camera though. I do like camera FX too.

Updated to 1.7.3 through the OTA updater without a hitch. Gotta love that. Also applied the new Triton theme. I have Triton Hd on slot1 and Blue on slot 2. Just cannot figure out which one to stay on they are both freakin sweet.

Isn't it great to have that problem? I think I remember people saying development was dead fro the bionic before ICS LOL.

With stable ROMs like Eclipse and Icarus and those involved with tweaking being so accessible with help that made it easier for non tweakers like myself to jump in and give it go.
It took a little while for ICS stuff on the Bionic but given the fact that we had so many leaks, I can understand why! Hopefully the momentum on the bionic stays strong when JB hits...I know that if it can be viable for us to enjoy the limited freedom we have, I'm definitely going to try a theme or two.. I like having options with my phone!

Try reflashing the full 1.7.3 with a system and cache wipe... You should be able to keep your data.

What happened to jesters stripped Icarus? I'm on 1.7.2 stripped and it wants to update. I can't find his thread to ask so I thought maybe y'all had merged them when I wasn't looking. What issues will I have if I take the update. Stripped is running fine for me. Longest I've ever stayed on any ROM since I got the phone.

FYI I did restore my full Icarus backup and update it with no issues and then put it back in my ROM backup stable. Back on strip now. Don't see a bunch of differences twixt the two.

I'm not sure what exactly happened (didn't ask) but Jester seems to have pulled everything/most everything from here over the last week or so and is using his threads at XDA instead.

Ya he's over there. He said the 1.7.3 update is OK to take. I took it cool boot ani. The gallery seems more responsive. Still has all those drawable icons can't seem to delete them either. Oh well.

I was posting on the theme forum for Icarus and realized I have never said how much I love this ROM. Started with 1.5 about 6 weeks ago and now on 1.7.3. Also took 2 OTAs without any problems. Great job.

I love this rom except for the problem with the bluetooth, is this a known issue or should I reflash?
